I Have $310, What Should I Buy?
I have a PS4, a PC that could use a good graphics card, and a desire to play games on the go.
Edit: Thanks for the suggestions, folks. I bought myself an MH New Nintendo 3DS with Pokemon Sun and MH Generations.

Save it. Put it away and let it grow, keep adding to it until you can buy something really nice. You will have buyers remorse if you throw it away impulsively.
