Exotic artifact that lets you change your subclasses damage type.
Ever wanted to see a purple Sunbreaker hammer? A nova bomb made of fire? An electric golden gun? What if there was a way to change the element of your class?
(Hopefully we see something like this in D2)
Just think about it, there would be more ways to play how you would want to. If something has a Solar burn, but your favorite subclass is void, you could switch an item on and be rewarded in damage still.
Another thing I would want to see is simply how it would look. A flaming shield? A void blade? Electric Radiance? Someone tell me I'm not alone thinking that would look absolutely amazing!
What would be used to make this happen? I would think the best solution is a Ghost shell or artifact. They would make sense to be exotic considering are the items available across all characters. Would you like to see something like this happen?
