Dojo, Just After Noon
A pregnant woman stumbled through the Dojo, hyperventilating. Her eyes were glazed over, her skin pale and sickly. She wheezed, holding onto her life by a thread, but it was clear she would die. She clutched at her belly, tears streaming down her cheeks before she slumped to the ground, limp. Blood trickled out of her nostrils and onto the pavement. People watched, not sure how to react at first.
Pablo received a phone call that his plan had failed. He sighed, cranking on his radio and looking out upon the crop fields and the beautiful valley it was placed in. His radio drowned at all sound as he lit a jöint, letting out an exasperated breath as his mind was peacefully cleared. He smiled to himself, and thought for a moment.
"Who would dare stop me?"

The Spartan, notified of the incident several minutes after it occurred, sighed, loading his SAW. "Another reason to blow his brains out.." he said gruffly to himself, reviweing satellite photos and surveillance footage of Pablo's complex. Planning, plotting. He knew you cant take a cartel down in one move. You had to be careful, sly, and precise. Every incursion, every strike had to be very carefully planned and plotted out. If things would go wrong, he'd embrace the chaos. -End. Building suspense.-
He's not going to just show up at Pablo's place guns blazing is what this post is communicating. If you feel like learning more about the character with replies like these, do that too I guess. Just remember Pablo has literally no way of knowing anything about this guy aside from his objective to stop him.
Your character wouldn't be able to correlate Pablo with this event, thus none of what you just said happening at all, sadly. ((Mate, you can't have your character be omnipotent, lol))

Lets see here, hm. Reports of a woman who has allegedly swallowed entire bags of cocaine, due to the reported cause of death (a MASSIVE cocaine overdose). This happens shortly after any nonconcealed attempt at transporting drugs through the area in a large-ish quantity is met with intensive measures. Its pure logical guess-work. He's not all knowing, he's ONI. He has ears everywhere (sorta). I cant say he as eyes everywhere as he only has a few drones for surveillance. All of them are grounded and hidden as of the moment. This being said, everything I just said happened did happen.
-
1. Multiple cartels exist. 2. Most converted to the cocaine trade. 3. Pablo murdering an innocent pregnant women would be a rëtarded way of making up for that. 4. For all you know, this is just an accident. 5. (not trying to be a godmod, just ensuring this makes sense is all)
-
1. Name them please. 2. You'll have to name them and control them to decide that. Or if others control them they must verify. If they dont exist they dont exist. 3. He murdered an innocent boy. Plus, who makes someone swallow bags and bags of a toxic drug? 4. Of course its an accident.(not sarcasm) 5. (M'kay. But you should keep in mind that the Spartan is no idiot. I'm trying to keep all info used to relate to actual collectable facts from stated detail and past posts.)

I have a cali cartel in the works but I guess since it's not technically controlled by me, I can't use that as back up 2. ^^ 3. The swallowing is because customs won't search pregnant women, and also because your little Spartan made sure that truck loads would be put out of use. 4. ye 5. i gotchu

I feel like we're taking a very logical approach in this game of cat and cat. (cant say cat and mouse as no one is chasing anyone yet)

Enforcer Steel walked up to the growing crowd, then saw the dying woman. "What are you all staring a- Hell." Immediately running over, his power-frame detached from the rest of his armor, and he removed his helmet. Taking a deep inhalation through his nose, he checked for whatever the cause of this might be. While doing this, he pulled a red cloth from his pocket and wiped the blood from her face with it.
He's actually using his sense of smell to identify the origin of the injury.
-
She swallowed small bags of coke and tried smuggling them but they burst, releasing 12 grams of coke into her bloodstream.
The smell of the infamous, white powder was evident. She was clearly dead, her eyes rolled back and blood pouring out of them. This was the work of a drug cartel. It appears Pablo has moved onto new methods of transporting the cöke.
-
Holy shit.
-
"Damn. Too late. Child has possibility of survival. Beginning detoxol injection." Steel drew a clear syringe from a medkit on his back. Injecting the liquid into the area of the heart, he began to artificially pump blood(Chest compression), the detoxol binding and breaking the stimulant into basic compounds, then neutralized them.
-
The child, was about six months too early, and had little chance of survival.
-
It didn't come out did it?
"Projected chance of survival: Four percent. Damn." Steel closes the woman's eyes, then searched her for anything that might give the source of the drugs. "Hmph. Primitive cartel. Much more cost effective to market caffeine as illicit substance.
-
No.
No markings tying her to a specific cartel were seen, but the cöke was Pablo's business, so it became clear who orchestrated this.
-
The Enforcer checked the datapad, simultaneously hacking into any available database nearby. "High statistical probability that this Pablo has involvement in incident. Possibly to send message. Other involved smugglers inevitable. He will pay." After reciting a short blessing in an alien language, Steel rose to his feet, and returned to the hanger for planning search procedures.
-
Pablo sat in his mansion, guards patrolling the outer edges close to the walls of the valley, and even a UAV that patrolled over head to ensure no one got any funny ideas. Invading his base was next to impossible, unless you had a team.
-
I meant searching the civilians for cocaine.
-
rip
Several pregnant women were seen entering different buildings and then exiting. Perhaps it was a new way of smuggling after all. Maybe the one who now lay dead was just an accident.
-
Back at the LTT Tankbred, the Enforcer popped a small drone from his console. It floated up in front of him, chirping happily. "Alright, Ananke. I need you to scan any and every civillian for Benzoylmethylecgonine. If the-" Steel slapped the drone as it started to wander off. "Hey! I'm not done. If they have any on or in them, snapshot. If they have this chem ratio, follow them for a while. Anake, focus on this one." The drone chirped in the affirmative, before flinging off near silently.
-
A woman walked across the street, her belly bloated with pregnancy. A usual suspect, it appeared. Within her, 50 small bags of the product.
-
Having fully removed his armor, Steel now looked like a common citizen. Walking up to the lady, he put on his best European Spanish accent, using his looks to his advantage. "Hello Miss, I must say that you look absolutely parched! We can't be having that happen with your condition, now can we? Here, drink. Drink! It's just water!" Steel handed the woman a bottle of water laced with High-potency Detoxol (That could reduce the viable cocaine level to .05%) and a mild corrosive strong enough to break the bags, but not damage her stomach lining.
-
She looked like a child caught doing something they weren't supposed to. "I-I.. I'm fine, thanks.." She kept walking, frightened.
-
Ananke the drone dropped out of the sky in front of the woman, producing a full-scale but not terribly convincing hologram of Steel. "I do not, advise this course, of action Ma'am." It stuttered out, face expressionless. The actual, full color Steel strode up to her. Dropping the accent, he tried to be as serious as possible without being intimidating. "Miss, if it wasn't for the fact that you're carrying a child, I would be well within legal limitations to shoot you and leave you on the street. Those narcotic bags in your stomach have an unacceptable failure chance. If they break, you'll die, and so will your child. I can't let that happen." Steel put both hands up, showing no aggression, while inching closer.
-
Her small and innocent face looked terrified. "Please, stay away..! HELP SOMEONE HELP!" She shouted, people beginning to step between her and Steel. She did her best to run away.
