Snow nodded. "Certainly." she said affirmatively as she poured Arty a cup.
"So Kari's supposed to return soon." she said, smiling a little.
(Lets pretend Kari's been looking for lost relatives since Christmas and he left Mari in Sapphire's care)

"You do have to admit, after going through what he went through, well, he probably needed time to think. He called me a day or two ago, and he sounded happy. He said he'd be back soon and he had hood news." she said.

[i]Artemis smiles upon hearing a friend is happy.[/i] "That's good news already."

"Yep. From what he said he was excited to be back. Something good has come out of him having been gone." she said, happy Kari was to be back soon.

"I can't wait to see him again. It feels like it has been forever." [i]Arty continues to drink her tea.[/i]

Snow took another quick sip. "Three months is a long time, but at least he's almost home." she said, sighing happily.

[i]Artemis nods in agreement.[/i] "Yeah, we'll have a lot to catch up on."

"Definitly." she said, taking another sip. "So, how were things between you and Kari before he left?" Snow asked, not really knowing if there had been anything between them.
