Confirmed - New Light Level 439 and Element Primaries
In the tower today and saw a Bungie staff member donning some VoG Armour which was at 439 / 536 Light.
I also found that my Doom of Chelchis in my Vault is now Solar and 317 Light.
VoG really is coming back at a higher level :)

Just glancing at the description, I thought I read... "The sensory interface feels more natural than fore skin". Even with the spelling error, it still gave me enough pause to scroll back and look closer. I thought it was a edit I had missed in the past. Freaked me out a little, to be honest.
