I mostly drink water and tea, but I'll have a occasional coffee. I successfully gave up beer a few months ago & haven't missed it.

My day goes like this First thing, drink lemon water tea that's sat in the pitcher in the fridge overnight. Very satisfying. Get to work, have a cup of coffee and talk about the weather and other bullshit. Drink water consistently through the day. Never going more than two hours without a healthy chug. After dinner some nights have a glass of wine. Bogle merlot. Since I've prioritized what I drink through the day I have improved in all sorts of ways. The big one is the lemon water and cold brewed tea in the morning. I'm addicted to it and look forward to it every morning. Stay hydrated folks. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. You will piss more often. But I definitely recommend just filling a gallon jug every morning and drinking on it all day until dinner. You won't have the urge to drink anything else, you won't have to eat as much, your complexion improves. It's easy as shit just drink water.
