If the special ammo nerf is to remain, then restore all special weapons to their original power.
It is my belief that if the existing special ammo economy is to remain, then all specials should be returned to full strength. This includes fusion rifles, shotguns and sniper rifles.
At least they would be more fun to use in the limited amount of time you have to use them.

1 ReplyBeen saying this since the beginning that special weapons were never really an issue just the fact that they hand out ammo for them like Candy.... Also, I wouldn't mind the old rule of opponents dropping special to return as well.
