Nathaniel took the blade and turned. "Here goes..." He jumped out of the shuttle into the outside world
-
He hears the heavy thump of a satchel land beside him before the transport lifts off.
-
Nathaniel grabbed the satchel, checking it's contents
-
Food, a flashlight, a compus, rope, and water are inside, as well as fire starters and a few other survival items.
-
"Great..." He rose up to his feet and slung the satchel over his head and began moving through the jungle
-
Less than ten feet in a giant Venus fly tap attempts to eat him.
-
Nathaniel rolled to the side, and out of the Venus Fly Trap's range.
-
It hisses at him and pulls back.
-
"What the hell...."
-
He notices several more of them, none within range. In the distance, something howls.
-
He moved towards the sound of howling, careful to stay out of the traps range
-
Several times he hears scuttling in the foliage, but nothing jumps out at him.
-
Nathaniel moved towards a tree and climbed up to gain a better view of his surroundings
-
All he can see are the tops of trees in all directions, too thick to see through. In the distance to the east is a large rocky outcropping that's bare of almost any foliage.
-
"Great... Just great." He dropped down, manipulating the air around him to soften the fall
-
About half way down something leaps at his face. It looks like a hairless monkey.
-
He blasted it with a fireball as he fell, and the fireball enveloped the whole thing in flame, burning it away into bones and Ash He landed on the ground with a small thud and started jogging deeper into the forest
-
He eventually arrives at the base of what looks like a moss covered mountain.
-
He started moving up it as best as he could
-
Some of the moss tears when he grabs it, revealing the 'mountain' to be made of hand crafted masonry.
-
He knocked his fist against it, listening to see if it were hollow
-
If it was, the walls were too thick to tell.
-
He continued climbing upwards, ignoring the fact that it was man made
-
He reaches the top and gets a clear view of the structure. It looks almost like a castle. In the center are a paur of buildings.
-
He walked towards the buildings, looking for an entrance
