The Deimos jumped itself out of the relay, its presence being known to many of the turian cruisers defending the relay area.
"Deimos, define specific designation and reasoning or you WILL be shot down." Said the turian official where a turian dreadnought was.
"Alliance personnel, arriving in the Citadel for shore leave. Best suggestion is to put your guns down, boys." Vel said over the comms.
After a bit of waiting, the turian responded with, "Sorry about that, Operative Stoik. Enjoy your stay here at the Citadel."
The Citadel was within view of where Ghost would've been.

"Quick and efficient? Faster we get this job done, faster we get paid. So yeah, that sounds good."
-
"Yes. Council meeting is still a day away. Plans to assassinate the human councilor there. Take advantage of absence, put in leader who supports Cerberus. A "win-win for them" as you humans put it." He says.
-
"That's why we're here assassin. Here to stop the BASTARD before he can do it." Scorch finally stopped, and sat on his knees, looking at The assassin
-
"My father sacrificed his life to save the Council when Cerberus tied to take over the Citadel. I'll do the same if I have to. Ever heard of Thane Krios?" He asked Scorch.
-
"No. Then again, I come from a dimension were earth still exists so I'm not very knowledgeable."
-
"Of course. I've heard of the Dojo a little bit; my father had wanted me to visit that place instead of the hanar, believing it to be a type of sanctuary on this version of Earth; that was back before the Lenny War and the Cerberus coup happened though. WAY back." He had said, beginning to pace around the room.
-
"Times changed huh? Weird how that works..."
-
"Time is like a person's footprints on the beach. They're only temporary; the wave known as death could sweep you away at any moment, and with it, everything that you know and love." Kolyat had replied somberly, looking down to the floor.
-
"That's some dark shit right there." Scorch got to his feet, walking towards the Assassin and holding out his hand to shake
-
The assassin simply took the hand and shook it awkwardly. "That is what my father had told me...I wish I could've understood it before his passing."
-
"What it means? Life is nothing. You spend years of your life, learning, honing skills so that you may spend the rest of it doing something you will learn to hate with time."
-
"Yes. And that you only have one shot in making a difference for those who'll precede you. Fortunately, I'll find someone that'll give me that." He responds, looking up to Scorch.
-
"You should. At the end of it all, the only things that remain is the stories that are told."
-
"Agreed, indeed. I must set out for the locations of where the Cerberus sniper could be. I shall come back in a few hours to tell you of the results." Kolyat had said, before mumbling a prayer. After that...he disappeared into the shadows.

Scorch lay down on the ground, and started doing sit ups

Vel appeared out of her room, tired, and seemingly in some normal black sweatpants and a black tank-top. "How long have you been up?" She asked, tired.
-
"All night. We had the son of Thane come in. Nice guy."
-
"I guess so...heard he's got the stealth of his father." She had said, tossing a dagger to herself.
-
"Eh. Wasn't much but it was something." Coming out of his own room was Ghost, fully Armoured and rearing to go Ghost: "Morning."
-
"Morning, Brother." Vel replied, before going to the fridge to search for something to eat. "Still have about a day before the meeting; wanna explore the Citadel while we're at it?" She asks the two.
-
Ghost: "I actually have someone to meet. So it's just the two of you today." Scorch: "How the hell do you already have someone to meet?" Ghost: "I know people."
-
"You...know someone? From the Citadel? Is it the Conseort Sha'ira? Some weapons maker?" Vel had asked Ghost, grabbing a banana from the fridge.
-
Ghost: "Does it matter? I'll be back in the afternoon. Maybe tonight."
-
"Alright; don't get yourself killed, though." She says, looking to Scorch. "You up to check out the Citadel?"
-
Scorch: "Might as well. Certainly could be interesting."
