They had gotten off the Deimos, the sight of different species mingling being clearly prominent within the area, whether it was an arguing elcor couple, or a bunch of humans, turian's, and asari all having a drink while the ANN (Alliance News Network) was on, rambling about the recent events that had gone on.

Scorch: "Yes ma'am..." [b]The two entered the shuttle she had gestured at. [/b]

Scorch: "Boss, we're a Merc crew. At some point, we'll take a job that may just be in the Grey area. When that happens, you'll see what people really think."

[spoiler]Think of the apartment as similar to Anderson/Shepard's apartment in ME3 Citadel DLC...[/spoiler] Stopping in a nearby mall strip, the three landed themselves on the edge of the strip, watching as different volus, elcor, Asari, turians, and humans mingled with one another. "The apartment is this way." She responds, motioning the group through the crowds.

This earned annoyed looks from some of those that they pushed, but nothing beyond such. Eventually, they arrived at the elevator, which Vel had pushed the button to one of the top floors. Once again, the commercial for Blasto 15 blasted into the ears of the people aboard said elevator.

"Merrick said it usually was, specially during holidays." She says, as they kept moving up floors.

Ghost: "I wasn't aware today was a holiday. Is it?"

"It's the elcor's version of Christmas, some volus Independence Day, and the anniversary of the founding of Taetrus for the turians." Vel explained.

Scorch: "Great. So now we have to deal with an assassin, the council, and all the people that are here? Please tell me we at least have access to see the council. Maybe their security? So that we actually do our fúcking jobs?"

She says, as the doors open, revealing a (apartment similar to Commander Shepard's apartment) except that the walls were darker, and had an additional bedroom and bathroom.

"Can't exactly blame ya for liking the place; they poured every penny into this place...that wasn't from mercenary jobs." She had said, looking for the bedroom she'd temporary sleep in.

Scorch: "Wooooow... You really gonna play that card?" Ghost: "She already has." [b]Ghost patted Scorch's back, and walked into the kitchen while the Hunter looked at Vel [/b] Scorch: "Rude..." [b]He walked away, headed for a second room [/b]

She winks back toward Scorch as she saw the massive bedroom with a datapad lying on the bed. She picks it up and hits a button, an audio recording from Silsia playing. "Hey, Vel...heard you're going to the Citadel for a few days with Ghost and the Invictus guys. Hell, it happened right in front of me. You can be willing to use the apartment Merrick and I planned to use for our honeymoon..." Silsia explained, earning a long sigh from Merrick, which could be heard in the background. "We've reoutfitted the Deimos for you guys, and we've made sure you guys got a place to stay. Any credits you spend on the Citadel is yours. Try not to take down the place, Vel. See ya back on Tatakai!" The asari had said, before the audio recording ended. Vel chuckled as she laid on the bed.
