"Merrick said it usually was, specially during holidays." She says, as they kept moving up floors.

"I'll take all four. How much?"
-
"*breathes* 550 credits." The volus had said, as a limping man and what seemed to be an assistance droid walked passed Scorch.
-
The Hunter transferred over six hundred "Keep the change." The bars disintegrated and he turned towards Vel
-
Velinnea was still talking to the salarian, talking about some Blood Pack Executioner pistol laid out in front of him. The limping man looked to Scorch. "Um, could you, um... help me with something, sir?"
-
Scorch shifted his gaze to the man "What do you need??"
-
"Can you pick that up for me? Kinda don't wanna break my spinal cord more times that it's already had." The limped man had said, mumbling something about the Omega-4 Relay in the process.
-
Scorch looked towards whatever was needed and picked it up "Here we are." The Hunter said, passing it to the man

*It seemed to be some kind of helmet. N7, by the looks of it.* "Uh...thanks, man." The man responded, before mumbling, "Now...where are you, EDI?"
-
"What's the helmet for, if you don't mind my asking? Couldn't be for you.. Could it?"
-
"No, HELL no. Vrolik's Syndrome dosen't exactly make you an N7 in your life. It's a gift...from a friend. Joined the N7 Corps...lost it, got it back a few years later...I got to keep it...along with the ship as well." He had said. This explained why parts of the helmet looked like they were damaged or burnt.
-
"A ship? I'd assume you're the pilot then? Maybe engineering?"
-
"Pilot. I...owe ya one in the future." He says, readjusting his cap. "Joker, if ya need me. Pilot of the SSV Normandy." He limped his way toward his assistance robot, which was...busy talking to an Asari about a place in the Presidium to stay at.
-
"See ya." Scorch turned back, looking for Vel
-
Vel had come back with a fresh sniper rifle from her hands. "What's up , Scorch? Cat got your tongue?"
-
"I only just saw you." He said, sighing
-
"I know. Just wondering what you were doing is all. Saw ya with that pilot over there? Worked with the real Shepard back when Cerberus wasn't trying to choke them out of every last penny. Still is to this day." She explains. "So...where do you want to go? Maybe spy on Ghost...who knows?" She replies, a big grin on her face.
-
"I believe it's too late to spy on him now. Considering we don't know where he's been for the past few hours."
-
"True...for all we know, he could be at Purgatory by now. Who knows?" She had said, as she watched someone eyeing them.
-
"Exxxxactly...." The Hunter said, lowering his voice "Don't stare too long. They've been on us since we left the apartment."
-
"How would you know that?" Vel asked, breaking away from the staring contest with that person. "You think Cerberus knows us? I mean, I didn't see anything to make it so they would know." She had whispered to Scorch when they weren't within earshot of anyone.
-
"No not Cerberus... they've been moving much more carefully then a Cerberus operative would. i believe it may just be Kolyat...."
-
"Are you 100% sure? It feels...suspicious, somewhat." She had replied, Kolkata within the shadows making sure nothing would've gone wrong.
-
"Somewhat. He does not trust us, and even expressed disgust when i spoke with him.."
-
"Well...we are friends of some friends who did happen to be friends and comrades with his father. Maybe he's just not over it..." Vel had said. "A rude statement, indeed." Kolyat said to himself, appearing on a roof for a brief second before disappearing again.
-
"The universe may never know...."
