Scorch: "Wooooow... You really gonna play that card?"
Ghost: "She already has."
Ghost patted Scorch's back, and walked into the kitchen while the Hunter looked at Vel
Scorch: "Rude..."
He walked away, headed for a second room

*It seemed to be some kind of helmet. N7, by the looks of it.* "Uh...thanks, man." The man responded, before mumbling, "Now...where are you, EDI?"
-
"What's the helmet for, if you don't mind my asking? Couldn't be for you.. Could it?"
-
"No, HELL no. Vrolik's Syndrome dosen't exactly make you an N7 in your life. It's a gift...from a friend. Joined the N7 Corps...lost it, got it back a few years later...I got to keep it...along with the ship as well." He had said. This explained why parts of the helmet looked like they were damaged or burnt.
-
"A ship? I'd assume you're the pilot then? Maybe engineering?"
-
"Pilot. I...owe ya one in the future." He says, readjusting his cap. "Joker, if ya need me. Pilot of the SSV Normandy." He limped his way toward his assistance robot, which was...busy talking to an Asari about a place in the Presidium to stay at.
-
"See ya." Scorch turned back, looking for Vel
-
Vel had come back with a fresh sniper rifle from her hands. "What's up , Scorch? Cat got your tongue?"
-
"I only just saw you." He said, sighing
-
"I know. Just wondering what you were doing is all. Saw ya with that pilot over there? Worked with the real Shepard back when Cerberus wasn't trying to choke them out of every last penny. Still is to this day." She explains. "So...where do you want to go? Maybe spy on Ghost...who knows?" She replies, a big grin on her face.
-
"I believe it's too late to spy on him now. Considering we don't know where he's been for the past few hours."
-
"True...for all we know, he could be at Purgatory by now. Who knows?" She had said, as she watched someone eyeing them.
-
"Exxxxactly...." The Hunter said, lowering his voice "Don't stare too long. They've been on us since we left the apartment."
-
"How would you know that?" Vel asked, breaking away from the staring contest with that person. "You think Cerberus knows us? I mean, I didn't see anything to make it so they would know." She had whispered to Scorch when they weren't within earshot of anyone.
-
"No not Cerberus... they've been moving much more carefully then a Cerberus operative would. i believe it may just be Kolyat...."
-
"Are you 100% sure? It feels...suspicious, somewhat." She had replied, Kolkata within the shadows making sure nothing would've gone wrong.
-
"Somewhat. He does not trust us, and even expressed disgust when i spoke with him.."
-
"Well...we are friends of some friends who did happen to be friends and comrades with his father. Maybe he's just not over it..." Vel had said. "A rude statement, indeed." Kolyat said to himself, appearing on a roof for a brief second before disappearing again.
-
"The universe may never know...."
-
"Right..." she had said, eyeing something cloaked that was moving toward them. It seemed to pull out a suppressed M-358 Talon Heavy Pistol out... "Duck!" She yelled, as three cloaked Cerberus operatives, armed in Cerberus Assault Armor, unclaimed. One seemed slimmer than the rest, walking pettily up to them. "Well, what do we have here?" She asks, as Cerberus operatives in civilian clothing took down the C-Sec guards. "I don't think C-Sec will get here any time soon..." Vel had whispered, as Kolyat appeared, basically breaking every bone in one of the Cerberus Assault Aaron red troops, before the other male one chrarged at him. Velinnea charged and tackled the female operative, leaving Scorch with the five civilian-clothed operatives.
-
"Great.. Ghost, Shadow price!" Scorch rolled to the side as an assault rifle took form in his arms and he opened fire on the civilian clothed operatives
Shadow Price
-
Heh...that damn AR was pretty memorable back when Destiny was in its first year...
The civilian clothed operatives opened fire on the Hunter, armed with stolen M-15 Vindicators, jumping into cover and firing at him.
-
Yeah .. It was.
He rolled to the side, a few bullets actually hitting him as his shielding fluctuated. He sat begin cover, throwing a grenade into the wall of a building, which promptly bounced off and exploded into several others, seeking the operatives before Exploding near them
-
...That damaged their shields, but didn't flat out kill them. The sound of the elevator was heard, as three out of the five Cerberus operatives poked their heads out to focus on the elevator. The sound of unarmed combat was heard behind the Hunter.
-
The Hunter kept behind cover, switching his grenade to something more viable. He peaked out of cover, Blind firing
-
His blind firing came in luck, as one of the operatives dropped dead from multiple shots to the head, and another who wears injured in the arm. The sound of grunting and punches were heard behind Scorch.
