At one of the Dojo's open courtyards, Enforcer Steel was giving some wild demonstration to a crowd of civilians. Most seemed disinterested at his blackboard-assited lecture, but a few paid attention.
"And, judging by the various scans I have taken with Ananke, I have pinpointed the exact location of a Phase-wave Harmonizer! It just so happens to be on the Graveyard Island, bu-"
The Enforcer was cut off as multiple onlookers shouted in protest, who then rapidly dispersed. He continued, saying things that only one with knowledge of advanced technology would understand.

*As he rambled, a woman who looks in her 30s takes notice and walks up to the guy. She has chestnut brown hair and oddly ocean blue eyes. She stares at him intently as he speaks, wondering if this guy is serious or insane*
-
The Enforcer immediately takes notice of the woman, rapidly walking over. "You there! Do you have any understanding of modern technology?"
-
*She nods* Depends on what you consider "Modern." This place has people from many timelines, some that make you look like you just invented the wheel

Deadline for openness has been set to 12:00pm EST.

"Unlikely to discover such technology on an island of dead." The unidentified alien known as "Talath" said, staring at Steel
-
"Ah! Talath! Just the guy I wanted to see except not really because you don't tell me anything!" Steel said rapidly, walking over. "You see, A Phase-wave harmonizer is a very unusual device. It allows the user to shift dimensions not only spatially, but between realites. These devices are...finicky. They tend to drop into other dimensions whenever they please. So it's entirely possible. Or, someone from the hub decided to show up here in which case I am going to break their arms because they didn't pick me up. God! I hate it when that happens..." Steel began to rant about various things not related to the subject.
-
'I am very well aware what the device is. If someone wished to visit or come here. They would not go to those islands. Also.." Talath typed something on his OMni Tool "Your payment from the job was 10,000 credits."

"Trust me man, I've taken, like, ten scans. I have it down to Graveyard island. Some operatives drive might have decided to take a day off. Or maybe this world just manifested it! This sector of reality is different. The membrane is thinner. There's quantum lensing all over the place! For all we know, this pilot might not even know that it's a Graveyard!" Steel was slowly becoming more intense as he continued. Stopping for a moment, he pointed at the blackboard. "All my math is right there. I've checked it, and double checked it. I know where to find it, but I need backup. Can you help on this one?"
-
Talath nodded simply. "I will contact Noble and Serendipity. They will accompany you."
-
"Good. Excellent. Combat support valuable. Heard rumors of Vulpecula in the area. Dangeros foe."
-
Talath simply nodded, pointing to the Dojo gates which creaked open The Spartan, Noble Six, and the female Turian, Serendipity, entered, walking towards Steel
-
"Spartan. Serendipity. Good to see you again." Steel bows with a little flourish, before pressing a button on his datapad. Ananke, which was scanning a nearby insect, flew over and scanned the two. "There, now the ship shouldn't shoot you if a rebound hits me. Probably." The Enforcer turned on a booted heel, heading off towards the airfield. "Well, we'd best start preparing!" (You next, then End)

Noble: "Why did we agree to this?" Serendipity: "We owe him? The strange duo of a Spartan and Turian quickly followed Steel
