I agree with all except the complaints about the lack of matchmaking in raids and nightfalls. That should stay as it is.
People are -blam!-ing disgusting, in general, and you can take the raid pickup groups as an example:
As soon as you wipe more than once, people quit. And literally 90% of the time, the person that quits is the worst player there and was usually responsible for the wipe in the first place.
Can you even imagine what would happen when instead of forcing these people to look for another group on the forums again, you said "don't worry, just quit out and we'll put you straight back into a queue and get you a new group in minutes".
Too many people are lazy, and want a free ride from everyone else. They don't want to improve, or look at their own shortcomings and figure out how to fix them. Half the time they are probably more comfortable blaming other people for things that are their fault.
Then you'll get the teenagers who will keep shooting and meleeing the person who has the relic/sword to give it to them instead, and who will then quit when they don't get their own way.
If you give these people a way to hop from group to group until they find one that can carry them despite their deadweight, then raids and nightfalls will become and absolute trainwreck.
