The Dawning patch was supposed to fix the missing Khvostov Manual Grimoire pages (1, 15, and 17), it did not. The Age of Triump patch was supposed to fix the missing pages, it did not. I have been in game and in orbit since both patches. It is extremely frustrating that there is not a direct means of contacting Destiny support, instead we're forced to post here and hope that the relevant person sees it and does something about it.
