We are here to support each other, it should be at acknowledged that a death can be a result of weakness in a particular area(such as an accompanying teammate not pulling weight). If you are asked "why you died", it doesn't imply any negativity. It should be interpreted as a teammate extending a hand to solve the problem... (as it may be necessary to shift power around to account for deficiencies). Any negative interpretation of the question; "why did you die" will not be tolerated. 2. After corrective measures are extended, excessive death and failure to perform will result in you being politely asked to leave the party. Nothing personal, it's just that you may need to find a group that can carry you, and we need to find a player who is committed to performing. 3. If you are a Titan, you will need to have your defender sub job unlocked and fully leveled. This should be true for any class, with exceptions, that will be handled at that time. 4. We are going to take it slow and steady, none of this pie-in-the-sky bullshit. I and no one else cares about what YouTube video you watched, if you saw someone performing an amazing strategy, you must understand that everyone in that group agreed to the very same things being discussed in this post. Each group is different and you have to tailor your strategy to fit the fireteam's load out and level of play. 5. You will need to listen and follow instructions for the strategy. Arguments, debate, and showing any indifference to the situation at hand, will result in immediate removal. There is one Sherpa/Raid leader, start your own group if you want to be the leader. 6. Excessive smoke breaks, background chatter, talking, and other tomfoolery will not be tolerated. We are here to get shit done. If you think that it's not fun to win, and more relaxed parties are your thing, this is simply not your group. There is plenty of downtime moments in the raid for us to joke and banter among ourselves, but while fighting a boss, not so much. 7. Humiliation, racial slurs, and any other general negativity will not be tolerated as well. No one wants to be in this raid for hours, it's not hard and there is no excuse for some of the things that players do and say. Are you tired of hearing the words "wipe" over and over? Are you tired of doing all the heavy lifting in the raid, are you tired of spending hours of your precious time throwing your head against the wall, are you tired of performing flawlessly over and over and over again, until you are physically and mentally fatigued?
