"Good. Now let's see what's down this hole shall we?" Alex asked with a grin as he hopped down the hole. He slid down incredibly quick, and soon he was gone from Can's view.

Cannon followed, thankful that his boots provided traction on most surfaces, including ice.
-
The two continued their way down the winding path. They passed by small, dark caves, but didn't bother exploring them. After maybe five minutes of walking, Can heard something again. Similar to that of the previous room. "Oh shit. You hear that Can?" Alex asked as he drew his blade off his back.
-
Cannon nodded, raising his rifle to his shoulder.
-
The sounds got louder and louder, but they weren't close yet. "C'mon. We gotta hurry. Like, right now!" Alex said. But then the sounds continued to grow and grow. Until their source was revealed. Pools of the undead rushed out of the caves, falling off the path and into the abyss as they got their bearings. "NOW!" Alex yelled.
-
Cannon armed his flamethrower as he followed Alex, ready to fry any that came in range.
-
The zombies quickly ran after both of them with the fire that blazed them to ash. Then, more zombies came from the caves in front of them. But alex cut through them so the two could continue their way down. One of the zombies leapt at Can, however, and this resulted in him being caught in a deadly grapple.

Edited by Cannon011: 4/15/2017 4:52:36 AMCannon quickly shoved his thick gauntlet in it's mouth to keep it from biting him and attempted to shoot it.
-
The bullets shot through which resulted in its head exploding. The rest of the zombies continued to Sprint at the two, and the two continued their spirit down the path. Eventually, they reached the bottom, where there was a statue of a crying woman. The keys were in her hands, and she was offering them up. "Sorry lady!" Alex said as he hopped off the path and grabbed the key's. But...there was an issue. There was no way back up except to take the path. And it was covered with the undead...
-
"Great..." Cannon groaned as the monsters approached. "I'll clear a path." He moved so he faced the horde, reloading his flamethrower.
-
The undead kept running at can, even though they continued to be burnt. "Shit! They just keep coming!" Alex cursed. But then...the two felt something at their feet. It was cold...and it was a liquid. It was water. And it was rising.
-
Cannon glanced down at the water, swearing under his breath. "We need to move, now!" He widened the spray on his flamethrower to fill the narrow tunnel and began to advance against them.
-
they are on a path not a tunnel
The undead kept running at them, they seemed endless as they pulled out of the multiple caves that went up the path. The water was up at the two men's knees now.
-
then he's covering the path.
"We need to get out of here!" For the first time, Alex could hear panick in Cannon's voice as the water rose.
-
"Why don't we wait for the water to rise?! We can ride this shit up till we reach the door! I doubt these things can swim!"
-
Cannon didn't seem to like that idea, attempting to climb above the water. "Haar'chak... I kriffing hate water..."
-
"What are you? A cat?! Suck it up!" Alex insulted as the water reached Can's hips.
-
He pressed himself against the side of the wall, staring at the water. Alex could tell from his body language he was terrified.
-
The undead took advantage of this and rushed at Can. "Oh you gotta be KIDDING ME!" Alex let out as he powered through the water and cut across the undead. Suddenly, one of the walls burst. Water began to flood in suddenly and soon Alex and Can were pushed against the wall from the current.
-
Cannon smacked into the wall, hard. "Oof!" In retrospect, he would be thankful for it because in knocked the wind from his lungs and kept him from screaming or making a fool of himself.
-
The water rushed up and more and more water flooded in. The two were making their way back up as the undead sputtered and sank below them.
-
Cannon flailed around a bit, before finally beginning to tread water. From how silent he is, it's likely he muted his helmet speaker.
-
Alex however seemed to be enjoying. "Whoo! Holy shit! This is crazy! How's it going Can?!" He asked the mandalorian. Though he had a smug grin on his face as he asked him. The two had almost reached the door they had entered.
-
Cannon remained silent, treading water as they approached the door, an impressive feat for someone in full armor.
-
Alex climbed up on the small platform in front of the door. The water seemed to slow, and Alex offered his hand to Can to pull him out of the freezing water.
-
Cannon took his hand, and climbed free. Alex could clearly hear him taking deep breaths inside his helmet to calm himself.
