Touch of malice questline
Soooooo I just finished a part to the Touch of malice questline, the part where you make the frame. I turned it in but I didn't have 45 calcified fragments yet. After I turned it in I went out to get the 45 calcified fragments but for some reason the next quest didn't prock, this was all yesterday. I don't know if I did something wrong there or it's just a problem that happened.

So, from looking at your Warlock, if that is the one you are talking about, I can only come up with 3 possibilities. 1.) You have not progressed far enough in story missions (highly unlikely) 2.) The high-value targets quest has to be completed. 3.) There may be some quest in the abandoned quest kiosk that you need to complete. These are long shots, but that's all I could think of.
