Bungie pretty much gave up on moderation and left it up to the users now. All you can do is just mute and block hundreds of accounts. I don't bother with the forums and community anymore, I just come here to recruit people to my Discord server now, which if anyone did that kind of shit on my server, they're banned. Bungie pretends to run you have no rights, place nice. I actually enforce it on my own turf.
