(Not like he could anyway, but thanks for confirming.)
Quincy shrugs and flexes his arm slightly. He then takes it off with the other hand, the SIVA holding the arm to the mechanical joint shifting off of the joint area. "Here you go. Just dont get too pokey. He doesn't like it when strangers tinker with him." I say, winking a bit. Then again, it was possible the arm could have some sort of A.I. inside.

(...Do not underestimate an enemy with limitless capabilities.) Isaac didn't necessarily poke or prod, but merely studied the arm, nodding after a moment. "There's not any dark matter combined with nanites upon it, so I think it's safe...that's SIVA, correct? The nanotechnology created by Clovis Bray that can...well, create nearly anything. Consume, enhance, replicate.." "Er...Isaac?" Arianna questioned nervously, as Isaac snapped back into reality. "Oh, er...right. Yes, you're arm's fine. Nothing out of the ordinary, which is...good."
-
(Never underestimate technology withlimitless capabilities enfued with an alien entity from the future) Quincy seemed contebt and hooked the arm back in place. "Its mostly SIVA. Lots of other..interesting..things added as well. But dark matter isnt one of them."
-
(SIVA wouldn't stand a chance against Althreath. I've read up on it - it can't exactly defend its systems from him.) "Yes. Well, it's good to see that there's none.." "How would Althreath even access the thing?" Arianna questioned, while Isaac immediately jumped to answer. "Well, he...doesn't just "access" technology and such. Alongside normal infection with dark matter, complete metalmancy, and hacking that would shut down cities in seconds? Althreath can...er, break reality." "And breaking reality will do what...?" "He can bypass almost any system of defensive grids, that's what. That's combined with his experience, his overall equipment and capabilities and...well, it's a scary thought."
-
(It's Vex tech too. The SIVA is just a material used in the operation of the device. The tech is linked to Q's neural system and has programs inside it to keep it to the one basic function. Failure to meet the given function, of being an arm, will initiate a micro-self destruction. it doesnt explode but it would fall off and literally decay instantaneously. Plus, there's a Vex-originated A.I. installed in the arm that prevents the arm from being hacked with ease. Once control of the arm is lost, the micro-self destruction sequence is activated.) "Lets not forget reality cannot actually break. In this case he's more or less discovering new ways to explore or use reality and matter, not breaking it. Plus, this arm is mostly of Vex origin. 'Hacking' it with this era's technology would be harder than swimming through a blackhole after bathing in the core of an imploding star."
-
(Then that simply gives Althreath an opportunity to remove one of Q's arms entirely, if it decomposes once it doesn't meet its function. It's not simple, I know - so it would take a lot of effort, even for him. But it could happen.) "Hey, not to be...er, rude." Arianna spoke up, as Isaac merely turned to face her. She then continued. "If Al's around, it's sorta a bad idea to be conversing about Vex technology, correct? Even if they could defeat him - you don't want a being like him controlled by those things, do you?" "I mean...you're not wrong." Isaac mumbled, pocketing his hands. "Well Q, you seem safe. I hope, anyhow.."

"The AI is...content with it's function. Seeing as it's both from a different timeline far ahead in the future, or in the past, and not of human origin at all, I'm not sure it's able to be hacked by human tech or coding. For all I know the AI could actually be a living organic liquid manifested into a tiny technological core implanted in the arm. I'm not one to try finding that out anytime soon as..well, i get shocked whenever I try doing anything but fixing it. I have full control of course, the little bugger just doesn't like me touching him." Q says, patting his shoulder. The arm looked real, fur and all. It would take a few seconds of close examination to realize it was synthetic.

"...Great, now I want a cybernetic arm," Isaac muttered, as if he was considering the idea of having once immensely. Arianna just smirked and shrugged. "Haven't you had papers for one beforehand...?" "Well, I never got to finishing it." Her brother responded, sighing. "Hmm. By the way, Q - You haven't happened to see any YoRHa units, have you? I can explain what they are, if you need to know.."
-
Quincy shook his head, having not seen any. "Rings a bell, but a refresher would be handy."
-
"Androids send by the Council of Humanity, to dispel the plague of "Living Machines" - a form of machine that wiped out humanity long ago on their version of Earth, and yet act like humans. The YoRHa units themselves are quite friendly, I've...spoken to one. She was nicer than I expected." Isaac shrugged, hoping that Quincy didn't do what Arianna did and tell him to go on a date. Because, well...Ari did that.
-
"Interesting. I don't think I've seen any...Maybe my younger self has..Then again, if I'm right and today is today, then I would wait a few days to try finding me." he said, winking.
-
"Sounds good to me. Goodness, the present Quincy...he'll mistake me for Mom." Arianna joked, smiling to herself as- "...Hey Q, I could always see if we could locate one of the androids-" "You interrupted my joke!" Arianna raised her voice jokingly, as Isaac almost yelled out.
