The water rushed up and more and more water flooded in. The two were making their way back up as the undead sputtered and sank below them.

Cannon flailed around a bit, before finally beginning to tread water. From how silent he is, it's likely he muted his helmet speaker.
-
Alex however seemed to be enjoying. "Whoo! Holy shit! This is crazy! How's it going Can?!" He asked the mandalorian. Though he had a smug grin on his face as he asked him. The two had almost reached the door they had entered.
-
Cannon remained silent, treading water as they approached the door, an impressive feat for someone in full armor.
-
Alex climbed up on the small platform in front of the door. The water seemed to slow, and Alex offered his hand to Can to pull him out of the freezing water.
-
Cannon took his hand, and climbed free. Alex could clearly hear him taking deep breaths inside his helmet to calm himself.
-
"...Wow. That's uh...that's pretty embarrassing dude." Alex commented as he pushed open the door.
-
Cannon shook his head, standing and following. "Never speak of this again. Ever."
-
"Uh-huh. Secrets safe with me Can." Alex promised as he walked through the door. The two made their way up the stairs and to the small box. Alex then inserted the keys into the box. As soon as both key's were turned, the small box fell apart. This revealed a small, bright ice coloured orb. Underneath it was a run that glowed the same colour. "Huh. Guess this is it then. How the hell do we work this thing though?"
-
"I don't know... You're the expert on magic." Cannon pointed out, water still dripping from his armour.
-
"Oh, I'm no expert pal. Trust me. That was my bro Felix's expertise." Alex admitted. "Hmmm. Okay, I'm just gunna touch it and see what happens." Before Can could intervene, Alex reached out and touched the orb. Suddenly, white runes cracked through the podium and formed a line which ran its away across the floor and towards the entrance, where the two had come from. "WELL. No point in waiting around. Let's follow it shall we?" Alex asked as he hopped off the platform and followed the runes towards the ladder.
-
Cannon followed, hoping they hadn't just frozen the entire castle.
-
The two climbed up the ladder, and alex pushed the platform aside. The two made their way back up and into the throne room, where the runes lead up to the throne. As the two investigated they had an audience. Alex pointed to the arm rest of his throne, where a small circular run was placed. Alex pressed the run down... And then everyone got a little colder. Outside, it was as if the wind had picked up. And it was loud. "Open the throne doors!" Alex demanded. The throne room doors opened, and that's when everyone saw a wall of snow that blew across the wind. Can and Alex walked outside, and saw that the castle and the village was surrounded by a massively controlled blizzard. "....OH. So it DID work!" Alex claimed.
-
"... Yeah." Cannon nodded in agreement, glad his armor was temperature controlled.
-
Alex looked around in awe for a moment. Before he looked to Can. "Well, Can, looks like you came through again. Thanks for the help. Even though you are just kinda doing it for the money..."
