Yeah, it was....
*Mion looks at the source of the flash: A large steel ring with many wires and some static electricity off of it. As he gets close he gets shocked slightly and jumps back*

Maybe look around for any clues or anything? Find out what was the reason someone called out "Son of a bitch!" while they were trying to be stealthy.

I wonder if he bought some of that Hovark meat and "revived" the cells. *It seemed like a stretch until he keeps reading* "I bought some of Hovark's meat and replicated the cells with some stem cell research I 'borrowed'." Oh.
