"Good point. Now c'mon, we gotta dig up some of these car keys and move these things out of the way." Falk told Zane as he approached one of the newly made corpses. There were six cars there. There were the two that were blown out of the way. Two behind those ones that were pushed just barely out of the way for a person to pass, then the third row which went unscathed.

"Why not use more explosives to move them? You know I've got plenty...." To demonstrate this, multiple types of explosives formed in his hands.

"You know..." Falk started. "I like the way you think, Zane. Let's-" Suddenly, one of the jeeps, the one on the far right in the back, revved it's engine. "Oh shoot fire at it!" Falk yelled as he drew his gun. The jeep quickly turned out of the way and began to speed down the road as Falk fired at it. The jeep drove down hill, so he couldn't get a shot quickly after it left. "BLOW IT UP ZANE!" Falk yelled as he ran to the Range Rover. "We can't let him get away!!!"

Edited by Inflatablepants: 4/21/2017 8:30:19 PMThe cars were sent flying out of the way, and before the flames could clear Falk had already driven through them. He went at an incredibly fast speed as the landscape around them moved past the vehicle. They went down the mountain road, where it seemed to wind and turn. Falk turned the car smoothly around the turns of the steep mountain, and Zane could see the enemy jeep maybe half a mile ahead on a winding road.

The sniper round looked like it hit the jeep, but it didn't stop it. It turned around the mountain and it was gone from view. Falk continued to speed down the winding path. "HOLD ON ZANE! I HAVE AN IDEA!" Falk yelled up. "WE NEED HIM ALIVE!"

"Alright, but you're plan better be good!" The sniper rifle vanished as he leaned down on the car, the wind whipping his hair.

"Well, 'Good' is subjective..." Falk said as he continued to wind down the path. The steep mountain side got less steep as they turned around the mountain where the road became straight and hilly. It was in between two mountains, and the jeep was dead ahead.

"Alright Falk, what's the plan here?!"

"WELL. It involves you using that fancy sniper I didn't know you had and using it to shoot that guys tire!" Falk yelled as he sped up and gained on the jeep.

He knelt on the cars roof and his sniper rifle formed back in his hands. He lined up the shot and fired, a powerful boom echoed across the road.

The sniper shot flew across the distance, but it hit the back of the car and missed its intended target. Falk kept driving faster and was closing the distance. The right mountains receded into small snowy hills.

He pulled back the bolt and loaded another shot, then fired again at the car.

This time, the shot was golden. It hit the tire and popped it. This made the jeep spin out of control and off the road. Suddenly, it began to roll and crash on the hills. It rolled maybe four times before the now incredibly busted up jeep fell on its roof and came to a halt. "Holy crap!" Falk let out as he hit the brakes. The jeep was beside them, across a snowy hill.

"Huh, think I should have used a different gun? That looked a bit Like overkill to if I'm being honest." He hopped off the roof of the car and switched to a submachine gun, a custom MP5 to be exact. He walked over to the wreckage, his sights trained on the drivers side as he looked for the driver.

Falk hopped out of the driver seat and drew his 1911, and aimed it at the jeep as well. Zane saw a figure in the drivers seat of the Jeep. He looked dazed, but he was awake. He hung to his seat due to the seat belt. "Get out of the car!" Falk yelled, which didn't invoke a response. Falk went closer now. "Out! Now!" He yelled again. The driver did nothing, however. So, Falk opened the door, and reached inside. He unbuckled the seatbelt which made the man fall. Falk grabbed him by his collar and dragged him out into the snow, where his bloodied body stained the white.

Zane kept his MP5 trained on the man, and let Falk do the talking for now. He'd step in if the man refused to cooperate.

"How'd you know we were coming?!" Falk asked the man. He still seemed dazed. Falk knelt down and looked him closer in the eyes. "Did you hear me?! How did you know?!" "W-we...didn't." The soldier replied. "Don't screw with me. You had a road block set just in place for us. How did you know?!" "We didn't-" The soldier was interrupted as Falk stood up and shot him in his kneecap. "AHHHHH!" The soldier let out. "W-we didn't know! I swear! It wasn't meant for you to begin with!!!" The soldier cried.

"Easy now Falk, this was most likely just a military checkpoint. How would they know we would be driving up this way?"

"Scouts? Spies? Who knows Zane. But I want answers!" "THE ROADBLOCK WASN'T MEANT FOR YOU! IT WAS MEANT FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!!" The soldier cried. "Who?!" Falk yelled at the soldier as he knelt down again. "The Revenant! We call him the revenant!"

"Huh, and what makes this Revenant so dangerous to you to warrant an ambush?"

"It's just one man. We think." The soldier said. "But this one guy. He's been able to destroy shipments, kill soldiers, assassinate lieutenants all without being detected. He's crippling our movements in the Ko-Rudo region!" "Just one man...huh?" Falk asked as he turned his head to Zane. He then turned it back to the soldier. "So you wouldn't know who this person is then, that right?" "N-no! We don't!" "So why call it the revenant?" "It's just a name the corps gave him! That's all we know!"

"This one guy, what's he look like? What weapons or abilities have you recorded him having?"

"We don't know! No one as seen em! We think he uses a rifle or something. But some soldiers have been found with stab and slash wounds!" "Hmm. Sounds kinda right." Falk mumbled. "So, he's been targeting shipments is that it?" "Y-ya! He has!" "When's the next one? The largest one that is?" "What?!" The soldier asked.
