So, has anyone noticed the Red Death perk not working correctly still? I just did a Crucible match and decided to try it again since I was enjoying a Hopscotch Pilgrim I had.
However, it seemed like the "guaranteed" health gain on kill would go off on one kill, but if I would ever get a double kill, it wouldn't activate on the second, and I'd usually die quickly after.
Or, I would kill someone, but, maybe because I had a DoT on me, the perk again would not give the flat health back to me.
Anyone else seeing the gun still broken? It sucks because I had been loving it before the changed to health regen perks and now it feels way worse.

They didn't change it back to its original state.
