Aside from side arms all special weapons that have exhumed are useless, either needs to removed from secondary weapon type or buffed, allow you to keep special in mag (side benefit actually make exhumed useful and desired in new meta) or make exhumed apply to all weapons like a universal buff like second wind or ward of dawn.
