Why do YOU still play Destiny?
Seriously...
I popped on last night to play a few strikes, but after 1 Strike I just felt sick and switched off. I looked at all the pathetic posts on LFG:-
* 400's Only
* 3 deaths you get booted
* Must have Emblem
* 20+ Raid Clears Only (Checking Stats)
* No Squeakers
Destiny 2 is just around the corner and people are still taking this shit serious; for gear that is going to be obsolete in a month or 2. NOTHING IS GETTING CARRIED OVER!
Don't you guys understand?
I can understand sub 5000 Grimoire Iron Pups that just recently bought the game are still playing, but for everyone else; what keeps you playing this re-skinned / rehashed garbage?

I still play constantly because I only play with clan mates. They're people I talk to everyday and we get along great. I can't imagine still playing this game if I was having to use lfg every week to raid.

I don't really play much at all. Any video games lately. Played some IB last time and did normal bounties a few days but yea, i've been playing since the beginning. I have no interest to do the raids or endgame. I hope they've learned to separate pvp and pve for destiny 2, among other things, and that it turns out to be an amazing game. We'll see

3 RepliesBadass armor. And I know it doesn't carry over, but here's the thing: If Destiny 2 stuff doesn't carry over to Destiny 3, what's the point of playing Destiny 2? If u enjoy the game, play it. If u don't, then don't play it.

I keep playing because I want my titan to look like my old PS3 now my Titan already has his iron companion helm. All he needs now is the winged sun plate and the iron companion greaves

4 Repliesthe best part of D1 is raiding. All these raid challenges means everyone wants to raid. You get in with a good group of friends, and you just hop from one raid to the next, smooth, quick and fun. just like last night, hopped on just to get the weekly packages. Got the call, ran Wotm and Crota in no time at all. Great night with friends! If I hopped on sooner would've ran VoG as well, but gotta work too.

Some people still enjoy playing it, some people won't be getting d2 and will continue to play destiny 1. "What if" d2 is shite and a lot of people go back to destiny, bcos I still like playing raids and pvp I can't get enough spare time to have played too much if I could I would play from morning till night haha destiny is still alive to me! <3 love it

Tying up loose ends just to make myself feel better. I'm a completionist and grimoire junkie. But also just playing PvP is still fun. Chasing that perfect palindrome or eyasluna roll that I know is already meaningless ;) and Its still a pretty social thing to me. And I like nice round numbers. I'm at 2800 hours. Can't not get to 3k at this point ;)
