"So then, I take it you want to kill Tywin with this bomb?"

"What?! No! No, Zane! Absolutely not!" Anne declared. "Do you know what a bomb like this can do? Zane?" She asked him.
-
"My guess is that it makes a big boom. But hey, didn't know how desperate you were for revenge."
-
"Not that desperate..." Anne said softly. She seemed offended by Zane's words, but he didn't have time to think about that as she hopped into the truck. "Okay. I need to remove the core. All of these atomic bombs these days have fusion cores you can remove to make them inactive. That being said the core is basically a small nuke itself." She explained. "Anne, how can we help?" Falk asked her. "You can't. Not really." She told her father. She looked at the two apologetically. "You can help by making sure no one else is around. Also see if you can grab some of their uniforms. We'll need them."
-
"Falk, go ahead and find some uniforms. Il go on patrol and make sure nothing distracts Anne."
-
"Sure thing." Falk said as he walked towards the battlefield. Anne began to work on the bomb. She was quiet, and focused. At least that's what it looked like to Zane.
-
He sighed as he formed his MP5 and started to patrol the perimeter, keeping an eye out for anything.
-
"Zane..." Anne said. She didn't turn her head to him at all as he made his way back. "I....I'm sorry. That just...I don't know. It wasn't me."
-
He sighed then walked over to her, then dismissed his gun. "I'm sorry as well. I understand the pain you're going through right now. I shouldn't have snapped...."
-
"It's okay Zane. You had every right too. Here I was, in a tank, thinking that was a sound plan and I ended up hurting you." She sat down beside the bomb and rested her back against the trailer. She rubbed the bridge of her nose before she continued. "It's...it's been a hard week. I'm glad you're here."
-
He opened his arms and hugged her, rubbing her back. "I know Anne, believe me I know....I should have seen this coming though...."
-
"You can't foretell everything Zane." Anne said as she put her head on his shoulder. She released the embrace and took a deep breath. "All right. I'm going to get back to work on this. We don't know when Coldbourne reinforcements could arrive." She told Zane.
-
He did the same, and his MP5 formed back into his hands. "Don't worry, I've got you covered."
-
After a moment, and a few curses heard from Anne, she let out a declaration. "Got it!" She yelled. Falk made his way back to the back of the truck, outfits in hand. "You got the core?" He asked. "Ya. I did." Anne told him as she took a large cylinder out of the back of the bomb. It had some green liquid in a glass window around a steel frame.
-
"Damn, now that definitely looks unstable. How are we gonna dispose of it?" He asked
-
"That's the thing." Anne said. "See there a bunch of different chemicals in here, to keep it simple. And as soon as this middle section here," She pointed to the small metal plate that seemed to separate the green liquids. "So basically, when this thing is inside the bomb, these chemicals will mix via remote detonator." "So the only way to truly neutralize it is to find the detonater." Falk said. "No. No actually if we can drain one side of its compound we can render the opposing side obsolete. Oxygen won't have any effect on the compound. It'll just...kinda radiate the crap out of this section of the Ko-rudo mountain. But it's better then it blowing up!" Anne said as she placed the core on the ground and had her Magnus take the form of a rapier.
-
"That's the best option huh? But what if the radiation starts to spread and make its way to the dojo village?"
-
"It shouldn't....?" Anne said unconfidently. "It shouldn't......" Falk repeated. "Anne, you better be right about this." "Ya, ya. It shouldn't give off a large area of radiation. That, or we can just take it with us. That way we don't have to worry about it."
-
"There should be an abandoned area around here right? We could dump it there."
-
Falk looked around the area for a moment. "I...think I found an abandoned area." He said. The fact was, the mountains were mostly abandoned. The only people they would be harming would be Coldbourne soldiers if they rolled in.
Dojo mountains =/= Ko-Rudo mountains
-
"Fair point....Alright, what can we do to help out with this part Anne?"
Well excuse me....
-
Edited by Inflatablepants: 5/1/2017 9:08:32 PM
<3
Anne then stabbed the bottom of the cylinder. The glass below the mid metal layer broke and the green liquid pooled out of it. Anne then grabbed the cylinder case and threw it into the mountain crevice beside the road where a massive BOOM went off. Zane could see orange flames come up, but they dispersed. Anne patted her hands for a job well done. "....Well, that worked." Falk said. "Now we should probably get out of here before we get radiation poisoning."
-
"Agreed, let's get moving. Anne can you drive?"
-
"We won't be driving." Anne told the two men as she walked down the road. "What do you mean?" Falk asked. "We have a car, Anne, it's time to go home!" "I'm not going home, dad." "Anne! The bomb has been rid of! Forget this it's time for you and me and Zane to leave!"
-
"Anne, what the hell is your plan anyway? You never told us that."
-
"I'll tell you when we get someplace safe!" Anne told Zane. "Ya! The dojo! It's time to go, Anne!" "NO!" Anne yelled as she turned around and faced her father. "We are not done here until the last Coldbourne falls. I'm staying. You are free to leave dad! But you may as well hear me out then!"
