Scout Rifle - Cryptic Dragon - Which should I keep for pvp?

Hello Guardians, I Have these three scout rifles. I am still new to Destiny(2 1/5 months playing) and have no idea what weapon perks are good or bad. Any and all suggested would be much appreciated. Kamen Rider Faiz - HENSHIN!

None of them are great, but #1 is pretty good. Explosive rounds are nice, and RR is a nice, albeit situational perk to have as well.
