"It's a trap, Henry. We've lost."
Lyn walked up to the door.

"Well now you're just being dramatic!" Henry told Lyn as he stepped away from the console. "There, security disabled. Now all we have to do is make our way up to the 85th floor and find Lance."
-
"Why is there no guard? What about when he comes back? Won't he realize it's all disabled?" Lyn asked.
-
"Then we better hurry!" Henry told her as he approached the door. Suddenly, the knob turned. "Oh shit!" Henry whispered as he went beside the door. He waved for Lyn to take the other side as he took his black combat knife from off his hip.
-
Lyn did as Henry gestured, taking the other side of the door. She remained silent.
-
The door then opened, and Henry quickly raised his knife up to the man who stood in the middle of the door and pulled him in, his knife to his neck. But Lyn soon realized the competency of this security guard. He was large, and by large, he was fat. He had a brown bag in one hand, with grease dripping trough the bottom, and a large cup in his other hand. "Oh man! Don't hurt me!" The security guard begged. "Shut the hell up before I cut your throat!" Henry threatened. "Lyn, close the door, quickly!" He told her in a hushed voice.
-
Lyn swiftly closed the door with her foot and raised her swords to the man. "Henry, we can't hurt him."
-
"You can't. I can." Henry said menacingly. Yet, he turned his head to Lyn and winked. "O-oh no." The guard let out. Henry pushed the man into the chair and held his knife close to his throat. "Alright man. Listen up." Henry started. "Is Lance here? TELL ME!" "Y-yes he's here!" The guard replied. "He's been in the board room on the 85th for the last hour!"
-
"Henry..." Lyn felt torn, sure the man wouldn't be harmed, but it just felt wrong.
-
Henry seemed to take notice of Lyn's tone. He looked at her for a moment before he returned his attention to the guard. "Outstanding." Henry told the guard as he quickly hit him on the head with the back of his knife. The man went out cold and limp in his chair.
-
Lyn sighed and looked away. "I know you feel like you had too, but...there must've been another way."
-
"The only other way was killing him Lyn." Henry told her. "Instead of doing that, I gave us a timer. We have to get to Lance now before he wakes up." Lyn felt Henry approach her. He put his hand on her shoulder gently. "You understand that, right?"
-
"Yeah, I guess. Lead the way." Lyn opened her eyes and her swords vanished.
-
"Will do!" Henry told her as he walked to the security room door. The two made their way through the hallways, avoiding detection. They made their way up the stairwell until they finally reached the 85th floor. Upon entering the hallway, Lyn saw that it was rather dim. There was only one set of doors on this floor, a set of brown doors that looked like they were trimmed with gold. And by the door, two guards. Both seemed to have the large exo-suits on and had submachine guns in hand. "Oh crap!" Henry whispered as he held his hand up to keep Lyn back as they stood in the doorway. "Okay, Lyn. I owe you one. How do you wanna do this?" He asked her in a hushed tone.
-
"Umm....I'm not sure how without making noise. I can take one down instantly, but the other would be able to get a shot off before I could get him too."
-
"Then...we take them down together?" Henry asked her as he drew his silenced p99 pistol. "It's an easy enough shot I suppose."
-
"Miss and I'm dead. You ready?" Lyn formed one of the short swords in her right hand.
-
"Well, since you couldn't help but put pressure on the situation, I'm as ready as I'll ever be." He told her with a smile.
-
"On three. One. Two..." Lyn became a blur and in a flash aimed a stab at the one guard's neck.
-
The blade went through the man's throat and blood drained onto the floor. The other exo raised his gun but his face immediately became red with blood as he fell limp to the floor. Henry turned around from the doorway and walked up to Lyn. "Well that was clean enough don't you think?" He asked her.
-
"It's fine. We'll be in and out real fast, right?" Lyn's sword then vanished and she relaxed a little.
-
"Damn right." Henry affirmed. He looked at the double door ahead of him. "Lance should be in here. Let's do this." He told Lyn as he approached the door.
-
"Lets do this." Lyn followed right behind him, cautiously glancing around.
-
Henry pushed open the door with Lyn following behind him. The room had a large window that shined light into its tanned interior. There was a long brown board room table. At the table were six men. One In particular stood out to Lyn. It was a skinny man with a bald head and tanned skin. He wore a set of black aviators inside and his brown suit with brown tie stuck out like a sore thumb. He had a thick moustache but no beard and a large cigar made its home on the corner of his mouth. "Evening gentlemen!" Henry greeted as he showed off his pistol. "Ah shit." Said the sunglass worn man. "Lance! So good to see you!" Henry exclaimed as he walked over to him. "Lyn, mind closing the door real quick? Please?"
-
"...Sure." Lyn closed the doors quickly before she turned around to face Lance.
-
"Henry. How the hell did you get in here?" Lance asked the rebel leader. "You were a damned accountant last time I saw you."
