"Okay. Well, in the last week I've been sabotaging Coldbourne shipments, troops, advances and I have even been able to take down some high ranking individuals." Anne began. "The goal in doing this is to attract enough attention from all of these failures, so that Tywin will be forced to check on things. Once he leaves that castle, we make our move."
"How do you propose we do that?" Falk asked her daughter.
"Well I'll tell you dad. There is a Coldbourne military base half a kilometre from here north, on a large plateau that only has a single road leading to it. Hundreds of troops are there managing weapons and it the main base of north Ko-Rudo operations. This will be Tywin's first stop on his check up tour. So, when he arrives, you two will breach the base using the Coldbourne outfits you found. Actually we should do this before he even arrives to begin with. Once he's at the base, you two will alert me and I can make an arrival. Then all we have to do is wait for the perfect moment to take him down."

"Sounds solid, but have you thought about what could go wrong? If not you need to, because that's what makes a good planner."
-
"Well, there's cars at the base." Anne told them. "....Anne you can't be serious." "What? If something DOES go wrong all Zane has to do is enter his redemption form while I hold twilight control till we all get in a car! There's only the one road and we won't be able to climb a mountain for our escape!"
-
"And what about if Tywin decides to fight back? He's more then he seems you know, how do you know he won't detect us?"
-
"We don't Zane." Anne put blatantly. "But we either try to take him down now, where he is with less people, or attack him in his heavily fortified castle where he can prepare. We have the element of surprise, probably. Now is the best time to strike!" Anne said. "I still don't like it." Falk commented. "We don't know the risks." "Damn the risks dad! We need to do this!"
-
Zane sighed. He was very conflicted on what action to take here. He very much wanted Tywin dead, but didn't want to risk his friends lives in the process.
-
"No, Anne!" Falk yelled. "What's the problem? If we don't do this now, more people will die in the future! We have a chance at ending this all, we need to be willing to take it!" "It's suicide!" Falk exclaimed. "So is invading Castle Coldbourne! The base is less defended! Why can't you see that?!" "I'm not willing to let you get in harms way, Anne! We can all very well die here!" "And if we don't do this, dad, more people will die in our place!"
-
"Screw it, il go with her. She does have a point, if we strike him here he's less likely to escape. Not to mention he probably has the whole castle trapped."
-
"Thank you, Zane!" Anne exclaimed gladly. "You've got to be....this is a terrible idea." Falk told his daughter. "It's the best one we have." Anne replied. Falk looked at the fire for a moment, deep in thought. Then he looked up. "Well then. What kind of man or father would I be if I didn't see this through? I'm on board."
-
"So then, when do we move out?" If things do go to shit, the least I can do is bide enough time for them to escape He thought to himself.
-
"I'm going to scout out the base now. Ideally you two should move in tomorrow." Anne told them as she stood up. "I'm coming with you." Falk said as he stood up as well. "I uh-" "No. Anne, i'm coming with you. Nothing you can do about that." Falk told her rather strictly. Zane could make out a faint grin on the woman's face. "Alright, dad." She said. "Let's move. Zane, stay at the camp. We'll be back soon."
-
"Alright sounds good, stay safe you two."
-
Edited by Inflatablepants: 5/3/2017 8:46:12 PM"We will Zane." Falk told him with confidence. With that the two made their way out of the cave and out into the cold. This left Zane alone to tend to the fire. By the fire, however, he saw Anne's bag. Not the one with all of the supplies in it, but her personal satchel she always carried around. She took it everywhere she went, but she left it in the cave. There was never any weapons in there, that being said Zane couldn't help but have a feeling of curiosity towards it.
-
"Huh, I guess she forgot it. I should probably being it to her." He reached over to her bag, and was about to grab it.
-
Surprisingly, the bag didn't bite him.
Hue hue hue.

go ahead.
-
His curiosity got the best of him, and he decided to open the bag and peer inside.
-
Inside he found a small emporium of different objects. There was what looked to be a small hourglass, a strand of dark purple cloth, a black book that had lock and key on it and a variety of other things. There was also a dark brown leather book that had an elastic wrapped around it.
-
Edited by SDK Zane: 5/4/2017 7:13:20 PM"Huh, not exactly what I expected to find. Why's she got a book wrapped in elastic?" He picked up said book and examined it.
-
The elastic wrapped around the right side of the book which kept its contents secure. It was rather thick, and Zane saw colour through the pages. As he undid the elastic and opened the book, he saw yet another thing he wasn't expecting. In fact, many things. Pictures. The first picture seemed to be at the dojo. Anne sat beside Alex as the sun shined between their faces.
-
"Oh...." He realized that he opened something really personal to his friend, and suddenly felt awkward.
-
That being said he put the pieces together and saw that this was a photo album. As he looked at the photo, he saw that both alex and Anne were both incredibly happy as she smiled with him.
-
"They really did love each other....Reminds me of Mira and I." He continued to flip through the book
-
There were many more pictures of the two in the book. There was one of them by Coldbourne castle, another of Alex leaning on a railing on what looked to be a boat, the two running through a field. It seemed that even though Alex was busy, he took the time to be with Anne when he could.
-
"You were a good man Alex.... You'll be missed my many." He flipped to the last of the pages.
-
There were similar photos in the book, nothing that stood out to Zane in particular. But then suddenly, a voice cracked the silence. "Pretty damn rude to be going through a woman's things don't you think?" Said an unfamiliar voice that came from the darkness.
-
Edited by SDK Zane: 5/5/2017 6:09:23 PMHe quickly turned around and formed a 9mm handgun, aiming it at the voice. "And it's pretty stupid to sneak up on someone holding a gun, now why don't you step out of the shadows."
