A big hi to all our new clan mates - thanks for choosing to join our Aussie clan. After originally starting up a clan to get a few guys together to run VOG...four months later we have 61 clan mates and 75 followers - and more joining every week.
As many of you are probably aware - this is a Dads of Destiny official clan - simply meaning that we abide by the DoD guidelines of Destiny play:
"The Dads of Destiny is a group for the fathers among the gaming community to get together to chat about all things gaming, fatherhood, juggling children and video games. This founding principle requires Official Clans to be founded, administered, and populated with fathers that are active members in the Dads of Destiny community."
So basically this means that we have a great time and play together, encourage one another, respect each other etc...Not that this has been an issue with the clan - but just to highlight it to everyone.
I really encourage the guys who have been around a bit longer to send friend requests to some of the new members and run some raids together...if you have never done Vault of Glass - let some people know...If you have never run Crota - same goes. If you need help with a bounty - call out. Reach out into the clan community for support (about the game and real life dad stuff - if you need it) Congrats to all the new dads and some dads soon to be!!
DoD also have a weekly podcast - which is a bit of fun. DoDPodcast.com
Enjoy for gaming time and I look forward to running some strikes together. Ronin2526.
