Summary:
Sorry this week's roundup was a little late, I've had to go back to uni for one more week to set up for my final showing. Anyway, onto the guns. Much better yield this week, with a bunch of good rolls and stuff to try. Choosing the top PvE weapon was really difficult this week. While there were some amazing rolls I tried to consider the weapon that would benefit new players the most. This weeks "The Hero Formula" comes with Mulligan for better uptime, or Zen Moment for more consistent shooting, Explosive Rounds for better crowd control and stagger potential, and Firefly for even more crowd control. Bad Counsel IV and Bonekruscher just barely take up second place. They're excellent guns, but more situational.
For PvP, while there were a bunch of good rolls, picking the top spot was easy. This weeks Event Horizon has everything you could possibly want. If you have even a slight interest in sniping in PvP, buy this gun. This week's Palindrome is a nice last ditch purchase for anyone who still doesn't have a good one, and the same goes for the Wormwood. Finally, the B29 Party Favour might be a worthwhile purchase for anyone who hasn't got a good Hawksaw or PDX-45.
Note:
This ranking is based off of the vendor weapons and the vendor weapons alone. It does not take weapons from other sources into account. This list is for players who may not be a high enough light to complete endgame content, or for players who are just looking to switch up their loadout.

So does anyone know if this weeks The Wail get a smaller mag from smallbore? The potential for a 6 round mag with luck in the chamber could be great even without rifled barrel. Also how does explosive rounds affect luck in the chamber? I know it has the benefits of flinching your opponents and less damage falloff than most rifled barrel handcannons after a certain range but I also know it affects certain perks negatively and I wonder if the extra damage is applied only to the impact damage and not explosive damage.
