well, in an interview it was said that there will be NO dedicated servers and on consoles the game will run on 30fps locked. the matchmaking will be more focused on connection quality. hope that answers a few of your questions...

Any word if they will allow high fps on scorpio? If they don't it will be a shame. It was the only reason I was stoked for scorpio...to be able to play destiny in 1080p 60fps. I probably will not get Scorpio now since destiny is pretty much the only game I play. Would be completely pointless and a waste of money. Microsoft needs to have a serious talk with Bungie/ Activision on this one. I have not heard about any games to make me purchase Scorpio. I just assumed it would be like ps4 pro where you can select the quality or fps you want to play at . If this is not the case and Bungie does not release a higher quality version, to say it would be a huge disappointment would be an understatement.

they kept quiet about scorpio. i would assume they are not sure ether. if it was 60fps it would be unfair to play with xbox one people. maybe they are looking into a way to pair the scorpio people with the pc crowd? but if so, how would they deal with the input devices unless you are able to play with mouse and keyboard on scorpio...
