Maryland bans coal rolling diesel vehicles
Maryland has decided to ban the modification of diesel vehicles to enable them to emit large amounts of black smoke on to others. I'm okay with this because coal rolling is just awful. I hope other states follow suit.

1 ReplyThe state legislature here in Colorado just passed a similar bill, but the maximum sanction is a $100 fine. It's a step in the right direction, but not quite enough IMO. There should at least be a possibility of jail time, seeing as how we're talking about a form of battery.
