Miranda replied, instinctively making her body glow blue, firing a stasis toward the Gjallarhorn. At the same time, Silsia appeared next to Lilith, her body glowing blue. "So...what's the idea of carrying these two back to the apartments? Knock em' out?"

"Huh? Sorry I wasn't paying attention..." Lillith said with a light chuckle, glancing over

"I asked if you wanna knock 'em out and get back to those places that Anderson mentioned?" The Asari asked Lilith.

"Yeah.... That could definitely work. As long as they stopped fighting." Lillith said, nudging Maya, who nodded in agreement

"Alright then..." The asari, launching a stasis toward Riley's direction, leaving the two women with the Quarian to deal with. "We're...just gonna meet you guys back at the apartments." Val replied, quickly scooting Cryark and Kasumi along. "So...you wanna watch the fireworks go off, or go back to the apartment?" Miranda asked Noble.

"Let's go watch the fireworks... It looks the apartment will be a bit packed." Noble said, putting his arm around Miranda Lillith and Maya sprung into action, putting Lia into a statis field to come her down. Scorch quickly left again, and Serendipity simply stood around awkwardly

Miranda simply put her head on Noble's shoulder, arm wrapped around him, as Silsia dragged both Riley and Lia back to the elevator. "Meet you guys there?" She asks. "I guess so." Ashley said, her and Kaidan appearing out of nowhere.

Lillith, Maya and Serendipity followed after Silsia. Ghost, Prophet and Iseph had all disappeared at one point or another. This left only Noble, holding his arm around Miranda's shoulder leaning his head against hers

"So...this just leaves the two of us, huh?" Miranda asked, smiling at their loneliness.

"That's all we need.." Noble said, kissing the top of her head

She giggled, kissing the Spartan back on the cheek. "So...what exactly do you want to do these next 26 hours?" She asks.

"I have quite a few things in mind... One of them involves a rope, the other involves fourteen pounds of explosives."

She smiles again. "Sounds...quite charming." "I'd say we do that." She replies.

"The fourteen pounds of explosives? Or the rope?" Noble said with a light chuckle

"How about both, my Spartan?" She says almost seductively, kissing Noble right on the nose.

"Oh my...." Noble chuckled, leading her towards the exit

Hand in hand, the two left the place, leaving the place with the Alliance operatives. [spoiler]Timeskip to the apartment or to the next morning?[/spoiler]

[/spoiler] [i]Chapter 2: Day of Reckoning [/i] Someone was apparently knocking at the door to the luxury apartment the Invictus crew happened to have. If someone was close, whispering would've been heard. "So what do I exactly say to her?" Cryark whispered quietly to a cloaked Kasumi and uncloaked Miranda. "Just be honest with her. I'm just gonna tell Noble what's gonna happen." Miranda had replied. "I got you the flowers, and dextro-chocolates...now, just try to woo her." Kasumi had whispered. "What is this 'woo'? Some type of...human-chicken mating ritual?" Crayrak questioned, for which the two human women replied with a facepalm.

The door opened, and standing In the doorway was Ghost. Who was fully Armoured. As usual. "Cryark. Miranda. Good to see the two of you." He stuck out his hand for a shake

Cryark seemed to be in his armor, his hands full of flowers and chocolates. "Um...could you point me in Serendipity's direction, please?" He asked. "Good to see you too, Ghost." Miranda had replied, taking the Mandalorian's handshake. Kasumi, still cloaked, simply shook her head in disappointment.

"Oh yeah... Of course... She should be in the kitchen." Ghost pointed his hand to a set of double doors leading to a kitchen

"T-thank you." He responds awkwardly, rushing to the kitchen. "Merrick and Silsia should be here shortly. Lia and Riley are knocked out cold; Ashley and Kaidan are watching them. Have no clue where Kayla is." The ex-Cerberus operative replayed walking past Ghost. Immediately after that, Kasumi uncloaked. "We had to teach the turian ways to love. Had to tell him things Garrus would've said to turian lovers when he was drunk."

"Huh... Well Prophet and Iseph have been Exploring the place since yesterday. Glitch and Talath... Haven't received any word from those two. Lillith and Maya are knocked out. Scorch returned to the Dojo for a few days... He should be back soon. Why don't you tell me where Noble is, Miranda?" He shot the Cerberus agent a look underneath his helmet as he stopped at the Doorway to the kitchen The doorway opened, leading to a very fine kitchen with all utensils and equipment against the left hand wall. On the right was a dining table, with Serendipity sitting down at the table

She responded. ----------------------- Meanwhile, in the other room, Cryark tapped Serendipity on the shoulder. "Um...hey." He says.
