Everywhere. In pve explosive rounds is great and the explosive damage isn't affected by damage falloff so that's probably the best option. Otherwise, range is still king. Stability barely does anything on hand cannons and with the fire rate, controlling recoil shouldn't​ be too hard. Use what you like but if you want your hand cannons to reach their full potential then you need explosive rounds and/or range.
