"Uhh..."
She looked down and instantly tugged down on the hem of the skirt as if to cover up its shortness before looking back up with a nervous smile.
"Just a skirt and top I got recently....It's a lovey day, isn't it?"
She then nervously laughed.

-
"It is... Isn't that skirt a bit... Short?" His eyebrow raised inquisitivly.
-
"Whaaat? No..." She obviously knew it was by the tone of her voice. She's a terrible lier just like her mother.
-
He sighed, his smile fading. "Traci, what have I told you about lying?"
-
She sighed as well and stopped tugging on her skirt. "That it's wrong unless you're a spy?"
-
"Exactly." He nodded solemnly, then sighed and hung his head. "I'm sorry, I don't want you to feel like I'm being a bummer."

Edited by Stitch: 6/18/2017 7:23:34 PM"It's okay, father. I understand." She smiles again and twirls a little, giggling. "Come on! It's Father's Day! You should be happy!"
-
He smiled and stood up, a twinkle in his eye. "You're right. And you know what would make me happy right now?"
-
"What?!" She asked excitingly, practically jumping with joy.
-
"Ice cream!" He grinned ear to ear, practically cheering when he said it.
-
"Yay! Icecream!" Traci straight up cheered and jumped up and down, which caused the inappropriateness of the skirt to be more apparent. The girl was getting looks from those who passed by.
-
The Mando shot withering death glares at anyone who so much as glanced at her. "Let's go then." He offered her his arm.
-
She happily took it and leaned on him slightly. She noticed the glare and got confused. "Why are you glaring at those smiling guys? They're just happy! My smile is probably making them smile!"
-
"I don't think it's your smile they're looking at, sweetie." He lead her along the streets towards the ice cream parlour.
-
"What else would they be looking at?" She paused for a few seconds as she followed before speaking up. "Ooooh! They were obviously looking too low for it to be my eyes! I'm so silly! They were probably admiring my cute new skirt, duh."
-
Cannon just shook his head and smiled to himself at her innocence, hugging her gently with one arm as they walked. "You're awesome, you know that?"
-
She hugged back and smiled up at him, giggling. "Yeah, I know! I'm told that often by a lot of people."
-
"Good, because it's true. I'm lucky to have such an awesome daughter." He grinned widely as they arrived at the ice cream parlour. "So, what kind do you want and how many scoops?"
-
"Three cotton candy! No! Wait! One chocola-NO! Wait....One strawberry....No! No no no! One strawberry then one vanilla and then another strawberry!" Traci's smile couldn't get any wider as she hopped up and down again, causing a few shocked expressions from nearby parents that instantly covered their kid's eyes.
-
Cannon put a hand on her shoulder to make her stop hopping, and shot a very apologetic look at the parents. "Traci, please don't hop." He requested.
-
"Oh? Why?! I love hopping!" She giggled, but didn't continue her hopping. The girl had no idea as the parents turned their kid's heads away.
-
"Traci..." He leaned in to whisper. "It's not really appropriate with how short your skirt is."
-
"Why not?...And why are we whispering?" Traci innocently snickered, still clueless. "You're acting strange."
-
"Traci... Your underwear shows every time you hop because of how short your skirt is." He winced as he spoke.
-
"EEP!" Her face turned a bright red and she tugged down on her skirt to try and cover herself more. She then leaned even more on her father and tried to hide her face.
-
He didn't know what to do with this situation, and therefore was a bit stunned. "Sorry Traci..."
