"We would just like to talk matters over with you. The Illusive Man had already sent us the information. You're willing to support us against the Alliance in trade for helping in the war against the Militia?" Davison asked.
"If this is true, then I can be willing to send some scout drones into Harmony using Omega; they could be able to trace it back to Aria, which'll possibly end in her losing potential allies." Petrovsky had said, focusing on a chess board next to him.
"And I could supply some Cerberus dreadnoughts in full support." Sokolvsky added.
"I can add additional ground forces to the ships, as they'll attack Militia ships." Davison had brought to the table.

"These are all excellent ideas. But here is my own. I have specially requested to the Militia that there be a Cease Fire between our forces." The Vice Admiral began "Now is the time to rally our troops, and to bring IMC forces from The Core Systems here, to the Frontier." "Once we have amassed a sizable force, we will break the Cease Fire by a full invasion of Harmony."
-
The Admirals had talked to one another for a little bit before returning to the Vice Admiral. "We will accept your plan. Cerberus will send some of its own fleet, allowing with the Olympus Mons in full support." Petrovsky replied. "We may have recovered your Ark plans. The Illusive Man upgraded our main F-SPAR cannons with similar abilities to the ARK, being able (at 100% charge) to blast an entire capital city out of existence." Kotch explained. "If you plan on destroying Harmony, the Mons could do just that, as long as no one attempts to breach their defenses and infiltrate the ship itself." Vasquez explained.
-
"No, we aren't destroying the planet itself. We're going to destroy their morale, their armies, their navies. Everything. Once they see that they will not win this, their people will turn on the Militia. We will gain support of people. That is what we need." Derek said in a voice of authority and confidence
-
"Hm...so we first beat them in a battle of attrition, and then propaganda...quite clever...however, they'll also need to know that the IMC have more powerful allies than the Militia, and that we will destroy if necessary." Petrovsky explains, before Kotch walked up. "My plan would've involved the destruction of Harmony's capital city...it'll most likely cripple Militia morale and show the rest of humanity how powerful the IMC could be. Plus, it wipes out most of their chain of command." He says. "Would that do, Derek?" "Based on his plan, I whole-heartedly agree with the plan; as you have said, if the Militia do lean much on morale, destroying their capital city should suffice." Petrovsky answered. "Bad move, personally. Destruction of the capital will only boost morale of the Milita, considering they can just say that the IMC killed innocents. I'd say use the F-SPAR Cannon on their ships." Davison added. "I'd rather wait on your choice, Vice Admiral; it is your battle that we've been willing to fight." Sokolvsky told McKeon. Kotch and Vasquez were looking to Derek waiting on an answer. "We're behind you on whatever decision you make, Derek."
Up to you Royal.
-
"The last thing we need is to destroy their leadership. Let me ask you, when a notable man dies in war what happens? They are martyred." "Leave their capital. Leave their cities. We do not need the blood of innocents on our hands, the blood of women and children." "We will fight their troops. We will destroy their ships. Only their ships."
-
Kotch smiled, along with Davison. Petrovsky looked disappointed, although someone with a good eye would notice it. "Good; I'll make sure to get the ground forces ready for attack. It'll be an honor to work with you, Vice Admiral. Davison, out." He says, his hologram disappearing. "I'll make sure no rebellion has begun here at Omega. I'll send some drones your way. Petrovsky out." He says, hologram disappearing as well. "I'll be meeting with my forces. Cerberus elite ships should be meeting with you within the next 36 hours. Hopefully, I can make sure that Davison dosen't give me a small amount of his troops." Sokolvsky said, chuckling a bit. "Nonetheless, I'll make sure the dreadnoughts fire at the ships. Sokolvsky out." He says, leaving the three back in the room. "Before you begin preparations, there's one more thing I need to show you. By the way, Vasquez is leaving tomorrow. Joining an infiltration team going to Eden Prime. Rescuing operative Jade Shepard from captivity. She should be back within the next couple of days, when we invade." Kotch had said. "It's been an honor being with you, Derek. Once I get Jade from the Alliance, I'love go ahead and join you guys." Julia says, hugging Derek, and giving a kiss to the cheek. "See ya!" She left, leaving Kotch and Derek in the room. "I'm guessing you wanted to see what we were working on?" Kotch asked Derek.
-
"Yes, If possible I'd like to take a look at it." Derek said, his posture relaxing
-
He gestured him back to the hangar. One of the soldiers walked up to Kotch. "Sir, M-1's making his way in!" He said. "How was the test?" Kotch asked. "Perfectly capable of war, sir!" The soldier replied. "Bring it in, then!" Kotch had yelled, before he leaned into the ear of Derek. "The plans are in my omni-tool. Let me introduce to you...Cerberus's first Titan." He whispers. Walking in from the blistering cold of the planet itself, was a giant machine, walking in, a experimental giant ML-77 Rocket Launcher on its body. It walked through the doors, and shut down, a soldier climbing out of it, high-giving his buddies on the way out. "May I introduce you to the M-1, or as the recruits call him...Monarch." Kotch whispered to Derek, letting him sink in the new Titan.
-
LMAO I WAS GONNA INTRO MONARCH AS A PROJECT AS WELL xD
"Monarch..." Derek walked towards the Titan, placing his hand upon its mechanical leg "It's incredible... Truly." Derek said, taking a step back and taking the Titan in "How did you manage to develop it!?" Derek asked, turning to look at Kotch

Edited by A Stormy Dio: 6/22/2017 4:21:13 AM
LMAO XD
"The Illusive Man never said. Only mentioned spare parts from Typhon, along with quite a bit of secret dealings was all I got from him." Kotch had said. "Yeah; Cerberus has already started mass producing them. This just so happens to be the first one created for our project." The soldier said. "So far, only 25 were made. And they're all being sent in to sabotage Cerberus ships...except this one. This one? It's yours. Consider it a gift." Kotch had said, as an engineer attached a new battery to the mech, powering it up. "We also added some AI that loves to remind us about tea every 4 in the afternoon and likes to be called Jeeves." The engineer said, getting off the mech as it powered up. "Try it out." Kotch says, the door opening to allow Derek inside.
-
"Before I do, I'd like to extend an offer. I'll send schematics for Titans that we have. You can start producing Titans for your crew, for Cerberus. For whatever."
-
"Agreed. In return, I could provide the plans for the Monarch Titan back to you." He says, working with his Omni-tool to send it. "Test the Titan out; play with it. I'll go ahead and call all your forces to here. Just give us the signal when to invade and I'll have the Mons open the wormhole to there. All the ships can jump there instantly." Kotch had explained.
-
"We won't invade today. Tomorrow. Once they begin to think that the Cease-fire will last, and once more troops are on Harmony." Derek climbed into the Titan's cockpit, looking at Kotch
-
"Right. By that point, the Illusive Man's agent should be recovered with Vasquez, and the majority of Cerberus and IMC forces should be here." Kotch had said. "Now...let's see how this goes." He says, getting out of the way of the monarch Titan. The hatch to the Titan closed, as the Titan powered up. A scan took place. "Welcome, Vice Admiral McKeon. Tea time is in two hours. I am Jeeves, your personal AI for this mission." The British voice had begun to say inside the Titan.
-
"Hello Jeeves. What are the mission directives and parameters?" Derek asked calmly, taking a step back and forward to insure the Titan was working
-
"Mission directives including testing the M-1 in all basic functionalities for a Titan before mass production can begin, as well as all capabilities of the Titan before being sent into a combat setting." Jeeves had stated, the Titan seemingly working at almost mint condition.
-
"Walking is a check." Derek brought the Titan down into a crouch
-
"Objective One complete. Now activating New Objective." Jeeves kindly said, before the hangar doors opened, revealing the vast rock that was Anedia. Across the area, Cerberus people in space suits were there, mining as much as they could, alongside pirates. In the distance, the Mons and the IMC ships could be seen. Light snow fell over the area. "Please move to the designated area for weapons and core training." The AI explained, a waypoint marked about 700 meters from his position.
-
"Understood..." Derek walked forward with the Titan, headed towards the Marker. He fired a few premature rounds into the air to make sure everything was in working condition
Do we Timeskip through this? Since I already know this? Or do you want to go through it?
-
Sure.
(After that training...) "Final Objective; Please return to the hangar as Admiral Kotch has been waiting for you." Jeeves had said, the snow from before falling a little harder.
-
"Understood Jeeves, that was fun!" Derek said, walking back towards the hangar
-
"Quite. Cerberus created the M-1 and subsequent others once the Illusive Man took an interest on Typhon. He recovered as much he could, and began production during the Demeter assault." Jeeves explained. "By the way, it is now tea time." The hangar bay doors opened, revealing Kotch and a bunch of Cerberus generals and soldiers talking amongst one another.
-
"Enter guard mode, monarch. I'll be back." Derek clambered out of the Titan, jumping to the ground and walking towards the group
-
"Yes, Vice Admiral." Jeeves had replied, looking around the perimeter. Kotch notices Derek make his way forward, with both Rotor and Valencio next to the Cerberus Admiral. "So, how's was that giant hunk of beauty?" Valencia asked, Kotch simply smirking.
-
"One hell of a thing, Kotch. I love the upgrading it takes into account." Derek stated, glancing back at Monarch
