"At first I thought it was the bloody Vex. I tried shooting it, nothin happened. Figure it wasn't Vex after that." The figure chuckled slightly, walking over and standing besides Cyan

Nah, it's not the... erm... the Vex. It's someone closer to me.
-
"Shame I don't know them, than. Maybe they're in there? One way of finding out." The figure walked forward, directly into the portal
-
*It didn't seem to feel like a portal. Rather, he was engulfed in the mist, and he could feel the pressure change around him gradually until he was spit out the other side*
-
"Shit... That was cool." The man laughed as he looked around the new area, spinning the revolver with his fingers
-
*A man was watching the person from a slight distance, kind of exposing himself. He had dark clothing over his entire body, making it hard to see his face. But something that caught the person's eye was that the man had dark crimson eyes, slightly greyed over from time here* Speak. Who are you?
-
"Scorch, Hunter Guardian, currently with the Invictus crew once a server of the traveler, now serving mostly myself. Who the hell are you, mysterious figure?"
-
A guardian? They're visiting the Dojo more frequently. *He took his mask off, revealing shaggy dark brown hair, and a slightly mangled three to four inch long beard. He looked at Scorch with a stern but non threatening gaze* I am Mortar. Mortar of the Dojo. I have lived here for twenty some-odd thousand years but left for a better life. And that "Better life" dragged me right back here
-
"Nice job with the better life bit. Really made me feel for you." Scorch said, looking around "So where the hell am I?"
-
*He smiled slightly at Scorch* Hell
-
"Cozier then I thought it would be." Scorch said, walking forward towards Mortar
-
Well trust me, it gets a lot hairier outside. *Upon looking around it appeared that the two were in some sort of iron-brick-made room, with one or two small windows to look out of*
-
"Cool." Scorch walked over to one of the windows, looking out at Hell
-
*Almost immediately A demon reaches it's slender arm inside to try to claw at Scorch's face*
-
Scorch leaned backwards, putting a bullet in between its eyes, followed by another six shots to the face
-
*He looked at him slaughtering the demon, and nodded* Welp, that's hell for you. *After a moment another person entered the portal, looking around. It was Cyan*
-
"Think I found your close guy." Scorch said, pointing to Mortar as he reloaded
-
*Mortar smiled as Cyan walked up to him. But it didn't last long as she punched him in the mouth* Mortar: AH, what the hell was that for? Cyan: You never told me you were going! Mortar: I did tell you! I was planning this for like, three to four months!
-
"Hell of a job planning mate." Scorch said, looking out the window again
-
Mortar: Get back to me when YOU can make a clone of a dragon slash human being. *It looked rather similar to depictions. Dark, suffocating, lava and sulfur culminating in lakes. There was a massive building that closely resembled the Parthenon.*
-
"Will do. Nice place you got here. Hell of an area. How's the schooling? You know, little Jimmy needs a good education."
-
*He sighed, dismissing the pun* Well, if little Jimmy came down here you'd have to find a new one because he'll get shredded on the spot. I made this igloo thing because out there is pretty much death, and with this, it can move around, so it's like a huge ass turtle shell.
-
"Lived here 20,000 years. The best you can do is a turtle shell. Huh."
-
Well, you're a Hunter, and the best you have is INVISIBILITY? You have a strong smell to you. And even if you were a titan, a Demon can still get past a Ward of Dawn
-
"Not my fault the moon dude gave me shitty powers." Scorch replied, obviously referencing the Traveller
-
Cyan: The moon dude? You mean Neil Armstrong? I don't think he has power over that. You gave YOURSELF shitty powers
