"Better be a damn good one, where do we start?" Scorch turned to face Mortar

*Well, first of all we need to stockpile some food, because A) we're gonna be a while, and B) I'm starving! It's not normal, even for me, to see my ribcage so prominently.

"So let's use the portal to bring food back.

Mortar: Right. Cyan, can you get some food from the Bar of Blades meat locker? We need it frozen so it can last longer. And bring a vacuum sealed cooler. I'd do all of this but I promised I wouldn't be back at the Dojo until I got what I came here for. *She nodded, heading for the portal*

"I'll help out." Scorch said, walking towards the portal as well

*The same thing happened as previously mentioned, and he returned to the training room. Cyan already left to the Bar to get some food, such as burgers and salads not thawed yet in cold storage*

Scorch followed after her, figuring she might need help transporting it all

*Noticing he followed her, she decided to talk a little to remove any sense of awkwardness* So, how did you get to the Dojo?

Alright. And, what, per say, are the Vex?

*She takes a deep breath in* Just gonna pretend I didn't hear that

"See? Makes you uncomfortable. You know how many people I lost to the Vex? Too many."

Alright, then. Not talk about it. But if I can talk about the demons in that hell you were in just a moment ago it should make you more open minded. Just... thinking out loud.
