The community has done it! $1 Million for St. Jude Children's Hospital!
There are a few more hours left to go!

Wow how edgy do the 13 year olds have to be to be dissing on charity? Feel like I'm playing D1 with all the beta in the comments
-
See, $ 1,000,000 and people say this game is trash, I lol at them
-
And never forget: raised by people who have to make tear jerker plea videos to get subs and patreons to keep their current job. Congrats.

Has nothing to do with destiny.

This is the reason why people prefer the destiny Reddit than the forums. There's little to no shit post and people in replies just putting others down and bashing on things. Sure it's fine to have an opinion but there's no reason to put others down especially if they worked towards something they believe is a good cause.
I've noticed from spending a solid amount of times on these forums and a solid amount of time on destiny and other destiny community places (such as Reddit) that these forums are overly toxic for some reason. Trolls, shitpost, others bashing on each other.. it's all here for some reason. Rarely do I see this from the destiny community on Reddit or especially in game.
Anyways, that's great to hear that the community got together and worked towards a cause such as this.

I are happy.

Dayum. That's incredible!

Edited by HuSeYiN_NYC: 6/29/2017 8:26:19 PMI did some math. They're saying it costs 25 bucks a second to operate right? 25 × 60 (a minute) = $1500 1500 × 60 (an hour) = $90,000 90,000 × 24 (1 day) = $2,160,000 That's ridiculous man. I say forget donating money. We need to lower the damn cost of medicine. This is insane. 2 million a day can cure world hunger for humans and any other living being. There's something that doesn't add up.

Somebody just rubbed their greedy little hands together. Be better off spending it on new energy sources or defensive weapons systems
-
This is great and in no way am I saying this bad but why can't America just figure it out and have universal healthcare like the rest of us 1st world countries
-
Whilst it is awful that this is happening to these kids, they are going to die. I hate to say it but it is a waste of money. Money spent on enjoyment. Not worth it.
-
I'm glad the community is actually helping people! This is awesome, and Nike, I want to thank you for helping spread the word and just helping throughout my destiny experience. Who needs SmoggyPluto, or Jeff the cabal(sorry Jeff) or any other destiny legend. We have you. Bungie should have made you a community manager person like cosmo.

Bromans block was one of the most hype things ive seen

I'm all for charity but bungie should just take a small portion of the money and put it towards making sure destiny 2 isn't crappy and content dry
