Any guesses as to what they do exactly (other than mod your weapon, hurr hurr)? Are they, essentially, a third perk you get to choose and addon? Do they just merely add an extra bit to a stat, like damage or range? Can we freely swap them out for other ones without destroying the previous? Can you swap them out at all or are they permanent for that particular copy of a weapon? Are they purely cosmetic? Are they cosmetic AND utilitarian? Slightly related to the last question: are they attachments like sights, stocks, grips, and etc ? I'm interested in your guys' thoughts. BTW - I'd LOVE a concrete, official Bungie answer, but that's not going to happen.... *walks away whistling.... *looks back.... *winks.... *stumbles over shoelaces...
