Chesh seemed amused at the man's level of caution. Instead of his usual tricks he did in fact shake the man's hand.
"Now I am curious, what brings you here? Perhaps you would like to make you intentions clear?

"Ah, yes. I merely came to offer a opportunity. Since your here, do you feel like having some fun?" A psychotic smile spread across his face
-
"Ah it's entertainment that you wish to provide? Well where is it? Where does it hide?" Chesh didn't seem concerned with the man's face, seeming too intrigued by the proposition he was faced with. He may have been clever but his curiosity was his achilles heel and in this case, the wonderlandian creature was definitely curious.
-
"In another place, far below the mortal world..." He glanced at his watch again
-
"Why don't you just smash it like the rabbit." He said, seemingly teasing the man about his habit while he waited for whatever he was waiting for.
-
"I would, but time is of great importance in my line of work. Speaking of, we don't have long until I'm forced to return home. So, you want to tag along?"
Lighthouse or straight into the city?
-
"Very well. I'm intrigued enough to want to know what this place is you call 'home' "
I'll go with the lighthouse.
-
Alright then
"Follow me." A rift opened in front of him, and then he proceeded to step through
-
Chesh appeared on the other side in a puff of smoke looking around at his surrounding. It almost seemed as if he was studying the place instead of just looking at it. " This should be interesting if I must say. Is this place far away?"
-
The stood on a dock connected to a featureless grey lighthouse. There were no signs of other land masses or structures in the vicinity, which meant they were alone in the middle of the ocean "It's not that far from here."

Edited by ALIAS-F4LS: 7/7/2017 6:50:08 PMChesh started laughing hysterically thinking it was some sort of joke. As far as he could tell "near" wasn't a thing for the lighthouse. "Are you telling me your, your a fish? Near is not here!" He continued laughing for a little bit more before dying down. Was he serious? Was a thought that came to mind.
-
He kept a straight face as rain poured from the ominous grey sky "I assure you, it isn't much further." He began to walk to the Lighthouse's door
-
Edited by ALIAS-F4LS: 7/8/2017 2:55:49 AMSomewhat surprised and curious, Chesh followed finally confused enough to simply watch quietly and see what the man could mean.
-
He opened the door, and several lights flickered on inside. If he was paying attention, Chesh could see the ruins of a statue accompanied by bits of a tattered banner "Hmm. Been awhile since I've been up here. We definitely need to work on the decorations." He started down a ramp that descended into downward curve. Two of these eventuality joined into one large staircase leading down to a lower level. In the center of the circular floor, a bathysphere lied in a pool of water. The only thing properly connecting it to the lighthouse was a mechanical bridge and some pistons that locked it in place
-
"Hmm, familiar but not, as deceptive as a rabbit hole, but as unique as human architecture..." Chesh seemed to continue studying things as he talked out loud. He was a curious creature due to his past life as a cat, always looking at every detail, every dent in the room. "And your home, it's just through here?"
-
"Yes. Right this way." He gestured to the bathysphere as he began to walk toward it
-
He followed the man to the sphere and proceeded to enter looking around. "So, now what?"
-
"We descend." He pulled a lever, and the bridge disconnected. Moments later, the bathysphere closed, leaving a glass window to see outside
-
"Interesting...." Chesh watched through the glass as they plunged down to their destination. Watching the ocean life while keeping an eye out for their destination. It was hard to tell what was going though his head. But it didn't take much to tell curiosity was easily the most prominent thing running through his twisted mind.
-
And then he saw it... It was a city, built at the bottom of the ocean. The place was designed to be a utopia, but it wasn't certain if it fulfilled its intended purpose...
-
"Somewhere, under the sea. Somewhere waiting for me" He muttered in a sing song tone. "So this is what you call home?" He asked the man with him.
-
"Sort off. This isn't really a home, but it's where I live."
-
"Hmm, well... what do I call it?"
-
"Rapture." The bathysphere eventually came to a gate, beginning to move forwards instead of down
-
"Rapture? What was the cause to build this Rapture?"
-
"The people wanted a better life. A free life. That's why they came here. That's why Andrew built this place. To be free of the parasite."
