Grenade launchers.
Whatever that gravity looking gun was.
Swords are more common now.
Cabal is getting much needed love. When they are all but ignored during destiny 1s "story". Sure they were in a lot of missions but was there actually any story with them?
New shaders.
Not confirmed but it looks like guns and ships can be colored too. Just from videos and screenshots it seems that way.

Yeah, grenade launchers will be a nice addition indeed. I was upset there was never a Cabal-themed Raid in Destiny 1, but certainly we will get one soon enough. I'm looking forward to new shaders, as well. Looking forward to new armor, even more. Bungie's concept artists have always had awesome ideas.
