When Ike's hand met the sword, as Ian was simply holding it instead of attack, Ike literally bashed it to the side. Ike's hand was indeed cut, yet he took no notice, and the massive amount of life force he had drained from the woman he killed would rapidly heal the wound, anyhow. With Ian's sword bashed to the side, Ike went for a stab to Ian's gut; his riposte, per say.
