"Right down here..." she explains, making her way through the door...only to see why those Alliance soldiers never responded.
They were all dead.
No Cerberus presence was shown, but the corpses of Alliance, Cerberus, and the bodies of innocent civilians were located all across the main plaza. There was no shortage of death here.
Gianna looked through all the Alliance corpses, although this time, it was to find out whether whoever lead the attack left or was still there.

"Q, scan for survivors." Cylus says. He steps over the abundance of bodies, especially careful not to step on the fallen Alliance soldiers and civilians. "What hell could've run through this place?" he asks, turning to Gianna

"I...." she could barely mumble out, considering of her speechlessness at the demise of her own people. There seemed to be some noise coming from a locked door at the other end of the plaza. "The Head's office?" Gianna had said, looking up at one of the corpses, specifically that of a child, looking for toward the office.

Cylus looked towards the source of the noise, staring right at the locked door. "I'll check it out." he whispers. He motions for his team to follow, pulling out his single pistol's counterpart. "Q, enhance audio." he says, listening to whatever was on the other side

"...what the hell do you mean I won't get my f****g money?!" Some man responded, most likely the leader of this particular invasion. "I believe the Illusive Man mentioned that EVERYBODY is dead, sir. Parasini is still alive, and we had confirmation of Alliance reinforcements being dropped a couple days ago." A Cerberus trooper had replied. The sound of a slitting of a throat was heard, before...silence...and a sniff. "I can smell you on the other side of this door...come on out, and MAYBE I could have you for my next dinner..." the man from before said. Whoever this was...must've been insane....

Inside the room, there seemed to be some cyborg staring at the window in front of them. "Ah...more MEAT?!" The man had yelled out, before a more calmer, wiser voice had replaced the man. "No...more like Gianna had returned to her rightful grave...and she seemed to have brought some friends...isn't that right, Pilot Cylus?" The man says, turning around to reveal [url=https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/e0/13/60/e013607611fa5e1b4d8e0ab9c923aa0b--cyborg-art-cyber-punk.jpg]his face[/url], his hands being some sort of a mini gun as one, and a jagged edge as a second. [i]Boss: Twin Persona (Captain Martin Reyes)[/i] "Now...Cerberus hasn't been willing to give me the proper cash for my job here...however...YOU'LL CERTAINLY MAKE FOR SOME GREAT DINNER!" The man says, his eyes turning red halfway through the conversation. "Now..." as he says this, his minigun hand pointed up to where Cylus was. "...shall we dance?"

"I'm not even going to ask what you are, or how you know my name. I'm just going to put a bullet in your head." Cylus replies. "[i]You want to dance? How about you lead[/i]?" he taunts

"Gladly...WITH PAIN!" He yells, before [url=http://social.bioware.com/uploads_user/3578000/3577848/202535.jpg]20 of these hacked drones[/url] came flying down, attacking both Cylus and Gianna, along with everyone else in the room, while his minigun hand started spinning...toward the window?

The swarm of drones were disabled in response, however, the sound of the window shattering was heard, as the man looked to Cylus. "Just to raise the stakes..." He jumps down...probably not aware of the fact that only a long drop into frozen mountain laid below...or was it? [spoiler]-Stay above -Jump after him.[/spoiler]

A platform laid at least a few stories down. Alliance soldiers seemed to not even realize the psycho Reyes landing and slashing the heads off of two soldiers. The rest tried to open fire, but they either missed or said shots brushed passed his shields...which meant he was pure tech...

Cylus shot a grapple at the face of the mountain as he came close to landing, as to slow his fall. As Reyes slashed through the Alliance ranks, Cylus shot a grapple around his neck and pulled back as hard as he could.

Considering that he technically had no hands, he struggled with the grapple, looking to where Cylus was, blindly firing his minigun hand in his direction. "Open fire!" The Alliance Captain said, the remaining 5 or so soldiers going their Avengers at the Man.

It did so, and combined with the effects of the EMP, made him drop to the ground. The soldiers managed to take away his shield. "One of you, get rid of the arms. The rests of you, on me!" He shouts, the rest helping to get Cylus up, while one soldier begins to slash off the weapon arms.

"What the hell was that thing? Was he even human anymore?" he asks one of them. "If I can, I'd like to speak to him."

"Sure; the psycho probably could barely harm you...right?" The Alliance captain told Cylus, turning to the soldier, cutting off his minigun arm, Reyes yelling in pain. "Yes sir." He says. Strangely, Reyes looked in Cylus's direction...almost like he wanted him to come over.

Cylus approached the psychopath with caution, but made so it didn't show. "So... Reyes. If you don't mind me calling you that." "Why are you here?"

"I'm probably going to die here...might as well spill it. The Illusive Man, the leader, promised to pay me a lot of money if I took over Noviera for him. Of course, it seemed that wasn't the case. I don't know what else he wanted from the planet, seeing as if the reinforcements he sent went somewhere close to where you landed, and left when you made it to the main plaza." Reyes responded, seeing as his body parts were being removed.
