You know I defended the whole "watching other people play games" thing for a while. But my 2yr old son has started watching those "Ryan toys review" and other people who play with toys, and I've limited that hard. He still likes to play with his cars and stuff, but for 30 min every evening, he is mesmerized by watching some other child play with their toys.

I can't stand Ryan's toy review. They are all blocked and will be indefinitely

The thing with kids watching people play with toys is just... weird... I see no point to it, kids toys are made for kids to use their imagination . I can understand watching someone play a game since games are like movies, it's a story create by another person or group of people that's meant to be experienced in a certain way, so watching someone else play it is not so different from playing it yourself (in most cases) but with the extra commentary added in by whoever is playing the game.
