So beta's not out for PC, but there's PC gameplay.
is there something I'm missing?? help!

More than likely while the game is playable on PC they are not setup to handle the load for a beta. They are partnered with Blizzard and most likely are still working on the backend for the PC. That is also most likely why the PC Beta is in August with a release date of October.
