So is it just me or is anyone else about to die of old age trying to get their super in D2?
I can't find a way to boost the charge rate either.

I think there will be some sort of system to tweak the speed up of our abilities, they just haven't added it to the beta because they don't want to show people how the system works yet until launch. For this reason I'm not bothered at this point.

I've gone games with 0 super :(

Sign here if you want faster charge rate then this slow bull.

At this rate I'm not even going to sugar coat it, i already cancelled my pre order I'm trying to finish out the week in between work and this beta in hopes of changing my mind. but at this rate, revive tokens shouldn't be the only token. You might as well have 1 super token per pvp match😂😂😂😂. I have no clue beta or not who thought it would be cute to almost nerf everything almost into non existence, including your super usage the core of your games diversity along with talent variety. Your first impression with D1 beta is better than your 2nd bungie you need to figure out why that is. Supers is what gave birth to each class identity, with that gone destiny is just another halo mlg sweat fest. I love competition and competitive play, but man I can go to a number of different games for the "competitive experience" I been here for the destiny experience the uniqueness that brought them millions and loyal fans to have soo much fun playing the game. Cosmo, needs to tell Luke and noseworthy to "Hold this L" as they see those pre order numbers fail. Even the hardcore fans who defended them till the end are starting to wake up. 😂 #Feelsbadman

You know what doesn't take a millennium? Using your damn primary! 👍🏼

It charges just fine.
-
i can grow a nut hair faster than my super charges.

I agree they charge to slow
However Devils advocate here, our power was completely stripped. So from a story sense this makes perfect sense. Hell I'm still confused has to how we even have abilities (again from a story standpoint.) I think it would be cool if when we beat ghaul and reclaim the traveller we get our old recharge rates back. Hey I can dream right?
556th-ed. All abilities take too long to charge. It has taken a lot of the fun out of PvE.

Think Bungie has forgotten that supers are what made Destiny attractive in the first place. Now it feels like just another shooter game. -
All powers definitly need to recharge faster.
-
Stop depending on ur super for kills noob....
-
It's funny you mention that because while I was watching some people stream the beta I thought supers were locked or something because the match would end and no one got their supers ever.

Millennium Falcon
-
I downloaded all 12.8gb of the beta faster than I got my first super...
-
Didn't you hear? The burn for destiny 2 is Trickle.
-
Good. I couldn't stand the panic supers in destiny 1.

I kinda agree, I think the kinetic/energy/power weapon system will be better once everyone gets used to it. However, the drop rate for power ammo in pve definitely needs to be improved like 200%. The ability cooldowns in pve definitely need to be faster. In pvp, I would decrease the cooldowns of the grenades. As far as weapons are concerned, sniper rifles shouldn't even be considered power, considering it takes a tremendous amount of skill to get those headshots in pvp, and if you die well you lose your sniper ammo so it is a waste of a weapon slot. One more thing about weapons, Bungie you need to implement perk rolls again, or have mods mess with the way perks work, or the weapon grind for destiny will be finished very quickly.

If anyone paid attention to the gameplays before the beta... There are armor perks that recharge super faster and abilities faster.. Bungie removed those perks from the beta but will be added to the actual game on release.
-
Could stand to come back a little faster in pve. in pvp it should be tweaked so supers come into play during the match. Not predictably at the end. maybe allow a really good player to pull 2 supers in a match. But honestly pvp feels nearly perfect as far as cool downs go.

It's pretty bad in PvP, which I don't like, that the Heavy/Power ammo shows up more often than a Super. What makes it worse is when I go to try and play a Titan in PvP and actually got my Super charged for the first time after probably 4 or more matches, I lose it instantly to a lightning grenade. I will admit I'm terrible with Titans in PvP because I'm not use to their mobility, but I thought that Bungie was trying to avoid having abilities kill on one hit...
-
Thats what happens when Bungie applies PVP changes to PVE

Not just you Bullet sponge bosses, little heavy Ammo, slow supers. Going to be a short run if they don't fix
