So is it just me or is anyone else about to die of old age trying to get their super in D2?
I can't find a way to boost the charge rate either.

Wanna know what takes even longer?.... Your nova bomb reaching its target.
-
Because Bungie designed this for PvP, they don't care about PvE.
-
Yeah, takes way too long. I am fine with players getting only 1 super a match in PvP, but having it take so long in PvE hurts the experience and makes it less fun.
-
Go play a brand new character with no int/dis/str and tell me how long it takes to get your abilities in D1. It seems slow because we have no gear with CD reduction yet.
-
The end of D1 we get daybreak and mayhem. The start of D2 we get trickle.
-
Very happy about this change... we should only get one Super per 10 min match.
-
Heres the better question, do you people want more supers because you want more easy kills because you cant hack it using your primary? Pvp is friggin great without all the ability spamming.
-
What time does the beta come out for the United States
-
Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I didn't see ANY engrams drop anywhere or any ammo crates. Maybe I just missed that information, but are both of those game mechanics gone? If so, that pretty much blows, imo.
So is it just me or is anyone else about to die of old age trying to get their super
HahahahahahahHhHhHhHhaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I gotta remember this line for future use!!
-
We really need boost to abilities in PVE. It is way to slow
-
This is such bad game design. How Quick Play currently works is that everyone spams his Super in the last 30 seconds bevor the game ends. Great. Really Fun. Broken Game.
-
I really miss my 5 5 2/4 4 4. If there isn't a way to boost the charge times, then the game is going to be pretty boring. I thought this was a space magic shooter?
-
Our light did just get sucked away.
-
This whole attempting to push this like ESports scene tilts me as that's all these changes were for, the attempt for Activision to get in on the ESports scene. Destiny will never be ESports.
-
It takes a millennium to get a kill with your primary.
-
Scenario: you're losing 65 to 40. Enemy team gets their supers. They wipe your team out with supers while you still don't have yours. Game ends. You lose and you don't get to have fun and try your new super.
-
Agree. Also, the grenades take forever to respawn-we can assume that because it is a beta, we are missing perks that will allow us to increase the rate. Hopefully.
-
I like it i never played pvp in destiny because it was all ability spam now it feels much better i might actually like pvp in D2
-
I don't think any of the armor has intellect so it would be extremely slow
-
Yea it's -blam!-ed . How about jumping ? Holy shit is it just me or someone else having same thing . All 3 subclasses jumping same . Hunter jumping like a warlock wtf?
-
Yeah I agree the super charge rate needs a buff. Outside of that, the PvP changes are perfect.

For the game to have a competitive scenes supers needed a massive reduction. I'm glad they are lessened. It was less fun to die 6+ times a game by supers imo. They just need to bring mayhem back for casual play (quick play playlist). Then competitive should be tuned for 1ish super. Hopefully they do that!
-
Good news is. You can unleash a giant Slo-mo-va-bomb, and by the time it reaches your opponents. You'll have one loaded, and ready.

I was bummed to play a couple of Crucible games in the beta and not able to use the flaming sword. Reminds of the Titanfall 2 beta when you could go whole matches without using a Titan, and defeating the entire premise of the game. Bungie should increase our level during the beta so we can taste end game.
